Mountain Aire Inn Sevierville/Pigeon Forge

The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. The queen bed was so hard it was like sleeping on rocks and we stayed there for 5 days. Front desk person was very rude to us first thing until she found out it was our first time coming there.

This hotel was out of the main madness!! Our first visit here. Definitely will stay again. **IMPORTANT** ask yourself what you are wanting from your hotel. We had no plans to spend time at the hotel. An hour here or there swimming was it. Our main thing was sleeping at night. Beds were great, could have used another pillow. No I didn’t not ask for 1 might have been able to get one of if I asked but wasn’t that important. If you want a resort to stay and play at all day this is not for you. If you great price, no crazy crowds, clean place to sleep this is for you!!

Wanted to love this place. It is clean overall, but I had serious problems with the a/c in one of the rooms in my suite. My kids and I stayed 3 nights, the first night we got there, I noticed the a/c in the back room smelled like mildew. That was annoying but common for those types on a/c wall units. The second night was the same. On the 3rd day my kids and I came back to everything in the suite damp. EVERYTHING. I called the office and said I thought the dehumidifier in the back room is bad, and that the air is coming out cold, but its 80% humidity outside and its just pushing moisture into the rooms. She went on a rant about how people come in and think they can turn the a/c down to 60 and wonder why it doesn't work right. I communicated to her that I turned both of the units on at 74 when I got there 3 days ago. She told me to turn it off wait awhile and it should be good. "And don't let your kids touch it either!" Which i didn't appreciate. I did what she said, hours later turned it back on and it worked correctly for about 10 min and went right back to smelling like mildew. I turned it off for the rest of the night and we checked out first thing in the morning. Its not my job to trouble shoot an a/c on my vacation. The front a/c wasn't strong enough to keep up with both rooms, so it was still disgusting. All my clothes were mildew and damp when I got home.

Property was clean and well maintained but I left a day early and I was not issued a refund for the 21st of August. They billed me for a day that I wasn't even there and refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend relying on these people to only bill you for the service they render.

An older property but super quiet, clean, and affordable. I will stay there again!

This was our second trip here and we don't have any complaints! Everything was wonderful, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room was beautiful, the room was comfortable, and the pool was great on a hot August day! We're already planning our next stay!

This is an old building with old building features. However everything was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were really only in the room to sleep, but would definitely stay here again.

If youre going here for a cheap room great, if youre going here for work and need wifi dont come, the wifi barely works. room was clean but room service doesnt come everyday

Great stay. The AC didn't work very well, but the room was clean and there are numerous places to eat within 2 miles.

They need vending machines that disperse snacks, candy, and a wider variety of drinks. Bring your own...the room has a mini fridge & microwave. The pool was nice & clean. The parking lot and grounds are very clean too. The hotel is older but very well maintained. It is old but cleaner than others. We stay there every time we come to Pigeon Forge.
