We felt that our over all experience was good. The hole was clean and everything worked. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept. We did use the outdoor pool and it was clean and nice. We liked the fact that they provide towels for the pool area also. We traveled with our dog and where ha happy that they had two dog stations with bags and a can for the bags. The breakfast was good especially since it's included with the room.the only issue we had was the mattress in our room was somewhat wore but I've definitely had worse. We would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend it.

Good price for a good hotel in a good location. It’s just a few miles to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokies. Food on this part of town is far enough away that you’re paying regular prices and not tourist prices. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit.

They did not do housekeeping any of the days, no clean towels or linen, no soap in the shower all empty bottles!! It was terrible

The Room was ok but the next morning a roach was climbing up the wall. You could. Def. tell it was a pet hotel. The breakfast was awful, the gravy and orange juice was def. too watery.Hopefully I will never stay there again

Close to places for tourists but out of town for a more quiet feel. Very loud. Room was a king suit on 1st floor. We literally were part of the lobby. Only night of good rest on our 4 day trip was the night before we left.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff were super nice. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, breakfast was delicious, and they had delicious coffee hot and ready all day.

The pool looked nothing like the pictures that were posted. I specifically picked a hotel that said no pets and it had pets. Expedia needs to make sure the hotel they are advertising is actually the one being booked.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. There was an indoor pool and people went wild even letting there dogs in it and thats just gross.

Electricity went off at 3AM for an hour and woke me up cause of the fan went off and I sleep with a fan. Only 3 pillows on the bed so someone only had one pillow and they were little. The shower leaked water outside the bathroom door.
