The location was super. walking distance to Sungsu Dong and easy to take Uber right in front of the hotel. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and breakfast was of good quality. I will be coming back to visit here. The hotel was clean; however, the bathroom had a strong odor, and the tiles were stained black. It would be nice if they repaired the bathroom tiles.

The Designers Hotel fulfilled my needs well. Rooms were modern with a big floor-to-ceiling window and distinctive design. The bed and linens were really nice, cleaned when you requested and the mini bar was free. Staff were friendly but spoke no English, which was pretty common in Seoul. Overall, I would defintely recommend this hotel! Attended a conference nearby, so it was an incredibly convenient location, but not the best for getting to know Seoul. The shower needs a glass or a curtain.

Absolutely nothing. Disgustingly dirty. Dusty, dirty floors, dirty walls, elevator full of garbage. They are gorgeous pictures online but this seems to be some filthy college party hotel. The staff was rude. I did not even stay the night and the manager refused to give me my money back one bedroom smelled like cigarettes. All corners were dirty. The management was absolutely uncooperative and seemed not to care about their job or the cleanliness of their hotel, which is shocking for a Korean hotel. Hair everywhere.

The staff was very nice and helpful about getting taxis and places to eat and drink. Great staff Room needs to be wiped down. Dirty counter tops.

I liked how often they cleaned the facilities and the comfort of the bed. The walls were too thin, and I could hear noises from other rooms if they were loud enough.
