Near to the airport, the staff was very caring, he ordered food for us late night, he fixed early morning alarm for us, very nice and polite staff.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a good location to reach Parco della Musica, where they host concerts. The walls are quite thin, and the first night I couldn't sleep because of people making noises in the room next to mine. The location is not the best for other purposes rather than reaching parco della musica.

Breakfast is ok and the staff is good and very helpful people.personally i will give my full score to the receptionist young man who is very kind and polite. Lot of things Specially the room.I was not imagined i will receive this kind of room in this hotel.i went to milano to see the concert of the boy george in parco della Musica,segrate. first when i saw this room i really want to refuse it but i did'nt do nothing.the room hadn't clean very well.surfaces are dusty. under the bathroom door is broken and water leaking from the bathing box.it's also a strange smell inside the bathroom.the furniture are weary.the moquette is full of stains. i can provide also the photos as a proof.as a client if i received the room like this, who want to recommend or to visit this place again ?

Great location for night to stay before airport. Bus stop to airport right outside of hotel with plenty of buses. Nice continental breakfast. Room clean, quiet & comfortable Shower not very powerful
