Colonial Inn Seekonk

Nothing really. The pictures dont match what we saw. Uncomfortable mattress, smell of cigars in the room and noisy AC.

The property is an old motel that has been meticulously refurbished and tastefully decorated. The room is smaller than a modern motel but is very functional and pleasant. The outdoor pool was a very pleasant space and well maintained. The staff was very pleasant, informative and helpful. Unlike many many modern facilities, housekeeping maintained the room daily. If I return to the area I would surely stay at the Colonial Inn again.

It’s nothing fancy but I know when I need a reasonably priced, safe and quiet place to stay I can always count on them. The staff has always been very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and quite large. There is a fridge and microwave with fresh hot coffee in the lobby and Starbucks a three minute drive away.

It was newly remodeled, clean and staff went out of way to help, after working all night, got there 7am ,check in at 3, they moved things around to enable us to get into a room for some rest.

Disappointing

Convenient location, about 10 minutes drive from downtown. The AC was extremely loud and kept turning on and off all night. It was very hard to sleep with loud ac noise. Also, the next-door guests were having a fight and were shouting all night. We could not sleep with all that noise. Barely got any rest both nights of our stay.

It lacked the ironing board. For a bed and breakfast type hotel, this was great.

I like the place and its realy clean.

Was willing to change room when I found out it was smoking.

Room was clean and the bathroom shower was great! Definitely the mattress could of been better! Mattress seems really worn out even had a dent from the amount of people I'm sure who's been in room.

everything was good, friendly staff and overall clean room etc but the bed, pillows, matress were filty

Great location, clean room and comfortable bed! We needed an extra blanket and the front desk had it ready for us in the office when we returned late that night. The pool was clean, they had some cute relaxing patio sets and even a few floats for anyone that wanted to use them. Overall, I would 100% stay here again!

Rooms were very clean and updated. Friendly staff, Great location.

Room was clean with fresh towels and soap, shower gel etc. Quiet neighborhood and close to several restaurants., Complimentary Coffee, tea and pastries available in reception. Friendly staff Nothing to report here, the inn was basic as expected with no frills. Clean and comfortable

Very clean rooms, easy parking right infront of your room and the location is perfect. I come to town a couple times a year since I moved away and will always stay here for easy convenience and comfort!

Good value for the price and a handy location. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. A nice old fashioned basic motel. Two small issues- the air conditioner was extra loud and the door stuck so it was hard to tell if you had unlocked it.

Nice staff, clean room, well kept

Impressed with the sweet little, well appointed room. Everything was clean. The fridge and microwave worked well. The bedding was fresh and comfortable. Definitely will consider again when traveling in the area.
