Excellent location to explore Seattle. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. They have morning coffee in the restaurant for guest. That was awesome!!! It was free and good. Hot water was unreliable via the sink, okay in the shower.

Great jumping off point for Seattle adventures. Our room was nice, access to fresh air and a small patio were nice touches, also enjoyed the pool, restaurant and bar.,

It was centrally located. No store nearby and it was a little ran down.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Clean and relatively quiet. Good size room and bathroom. Pool was very small and tile was slippery.

Great location right downtown. Everything is walkable from this hotel. Lots of restaurants and amenities close by.

Exceptional

The building was nice and the room was clean, and some of the staff was kind and helpful. The room had an okay view of the Space Needle and it was nice having the small balcony available to take in the sight. For having booked the "Premier Room" which specifically stated it was a "high-level room with views", I was disappointed to have only been given the 7th floor. For the extra price I paid, I would have been expected to be much higher in the building than where I was placed. The initial staff member when I arrived was also not the most helpful or polite, he ignored the line of people that was building at the desk while he walked back and forth without even glancing at us or letting us know he'd be with us soon. The attached restaurant is very expensive and pricing was not included on the menu, so I faced the embarrassment of canceling my to-go order once I realized the total was nearly double my budget for breakfast. Overall, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. I'm sure I can find something just as nice for a much better deal.

Very central , comfortable bed , large room Shower was not good , water dribling out and hot water took a while to heat up . Room looked a bit dated

Your staff was exceptional, very helpful, kind and ready to help! From every question to help. Your staff was amazing!! Colleen up front was so helpful and kind, which to jump in and help! Your access to the Siff Cinema for our event and being able to stay in the parking garage until 3 after checkout, was perfect and accommodating for us, thank you! Walkable to attractions! Taxis ready and available. Crumbs in the hideabed, crumbs on the carpet. Pool was colder than expected. I wish there would have been like an informational page/binder/booklet in the room about what to access at the hotel, and what's nearby.

The property is in an excellent location for attending jazz events at Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley. The hotel is exquisitely appointed with an exceptionally comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere.

The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. We had the best rest ever. We will be returning. The room was a little cramped, but we were not in the room much, so it was ok.

I like the location as it is close to Pike Place and Bus Stations. The price I paid for a three night stay is not worth with the service this property provide. Complimentary 2 water bottle is only available when checked in. It’s out first time in Seattle and we don’t know the area plus we were tired from our flight and when we asked for additional complementary water the service desk told us they will bring it in an hour. We decided to go out and went straight to front desk, the service desk told us they run-out of bottle water. Check-In time is 4pm which is already for a Hotel’s average check-in time. We arrived past 4pm and upon checking in we have to wait for almost an hour because our room is not ready. From check-out time @11am to check-in time @4pm still not enough time to clean and prepare for the room. Actually there’s another guest whose making the complain about not getting their room on time.
