Great stay, fabulous and knowledgeable staff.

Really enjoyed our stay staff was very courteous and helpful with navigating things to do in Seattle as well as just good conversation. Breakfast was served daily and that was a great start to the day. The location is near major Seattle attractions, which is nice. If you’re on the more athletic side, it’s definitely walkable however, if not, it’s a quick ride.

Hotel not well maintained Not helpful for elderly guests and with language barrier

The room was very nice and the front desk staff were awesome. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired...Everything was microwave food and there were not enough microwaves. Plus the trash cans were not emptied and the coffee condiments not re-supplied.

They offered us another room, which showed zero signs of roaches, but by that time, we were done. Found a room at the Hampton Inn 1.5 miles away. They refunded our money no problem.

The location was great. Very clean. Room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. The location was great. We felt safe. Food was in walking distance.

The room was lovely and Alexander was extremely helpful when we checked in. We even had a view of the space needle from one of our windows.

The staff was great and helpful! Location was fantastic. However, there was black mold all over the place in the bathroom and shower. My kids were afraid to take a shower or even go in the bathroom, which is terrible after a long day of walking all over Seattle in the hot sun. The kids were afraid they would get sick. Black mold is a big health concern. It could so easily be fixed, the fact that it would go un-noticed is horrible.

Location. Easy to arrange shuttle back to airport. Breakfast can get crowded.

Good location about 15 walk to space needle stores like whole foods, shake shack, sweet greens and restaurants right around the corner from hotel Would like to have safe as we were coming from cruise and had things like passports to store.
