I woke up with ants everywhere and in my bed! No thank you!
-
Convenient location about 15-20 min walk from the light rail station. Very basic hotel/motel, no frills but room was decently clean. You get what you pay for!

Condition is poor

Greeted with kindness at front desk. Good customer service and helpfulness. Our room was very neat, clean, and organized. The beds were mercilessly uncomfortable and should be replaced methinks (room 210). It would be outstanding to continue to allow guests to complete a breakfast order form so you can bag up meals, but skip charging for them. I’d would stay here again!
-
Charged an unexpected $10/night to park and $25/night for having a pet. Bed was lumpy, shower barely dripped water. Housekeeping had to be requested to tidy up the room. When did hotels start that? Front desk staff was the only positive.
-
Very clean, spacious, staff was very attention and great service! Love the complimentary coffee, open lobby and space!
-
The staff were super friendly and helpful but sadly the hotel is rundown. My room had a very strong and weird smell to it and bottom of the tub had permanent stain in it. Also, the floors were kinda sticky, and you could see the footprints.

It's simply an affordable place. Facilities are old and don't seem to be well maintained. If you need a quick place to sleep, it would be.
-
The building is quite aged looking. The room is ok, but smells a little stale.
-
It’s very clean.
-
Good location and convenient to public transportation.
-
The staff was great the rooms where older but still all right just had a bunch of people yelling and fighting in a room beside us or outside which our family did not get any sleep but not the hotels fault
-
Like I said it takes a lot to make me uncomfortable but this did.

The room was clean enough. The elevator next to reception was broken when we checked in so we went to outside elevator opposite Saffron restaurant to get to second floor. Next evening we couldn’t get back in that same door to elevator and went to front desk, thinking keycards malfunctioned. Basically the Frontdesk talked down to us that we can only come to the inside elevator after 7 pm. We were never told that and no sign on the other door but she expected us to just know!! No apology. Just - you should have known not to go to that door! FYI No cleaning until day 4 but you can ask for light cleaning or supply.

This is a motel not a hotel and should be called Motel Nexus. Not sure why they’re able to charge 250+ per night, definitely should 75 or less. Our room was right next to the parking lot with an exterior room door at ground level. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the people above us and to the side of us, and outside. The toilet would not flush unless you held the handle for awhile, and even then the water was slow to go down. We almost didn’t stay, but had already paid and had nowhere else to go for the weekend, thank God it was only one night. Also, when checking in one of the staff announced my friend’s room number out loud not once but twice! That is a safety/privacy violation. I do want to commend the young lady however, that checked me in because she did not announce my room out loud but instead wrote it down and pointed me in the direction. Maybe the other stuff could use some training.

Room was clean and staff were helpful/friendly. Parking was easy. Breakfast was ok, wouldn’t rely on anything to fill you up, but it’s ok. Hotel is good but a bit dated. Other than that it’s clean and tidy

Average hotel

This place will nickel and dime you. Extra charge for parking and breakfast. Was it worth it no idea. Just charge for everything up front. If I’m willing to pay I will. Don wait till I’m standing there with my wife and kids and start up charging. No class

I did not expect to enjoy our stay at the Nexxus Hotel, but it wound up being my favorite stay of our trip. We were on the fourth floor, I thought I was going to hate that since I am afraid of heights. The view was wonderful and we were above any street noise. The room was large, bathrooms was designed in a way that split the tub and toilet off from the sink and closet area. It was comfortable and relaxing. Next time we will be requesting the soaking tub!

The place was good and staff was nice.
