Nice drive everybody

My wife and I’s favorite hotel. Centrally located in downtown Seattle, it isn’t a far walk to any of the cool activities. The corner rooms are fantastic!

Convenient to restaurants and the monorail. Walking distance to the market & pier area. The fitness center is big and well-equipped. Room is spacious.

Nice rooms. BEWARE of the valet parking. We were not given our key back.

Always stay at the Grand Hyattt becuase of steam room, sauna and hot tub.

Perfectly located, felt very luxurious Breakfast options were a little small on choice

Staff were nice. The Starbucks downstairs also came in very handy. Overall, we would give it a rating of an 8.5 out of 10.

The fire alarm went off and shut down the elevatorso but the alarm was not going off on our floor. So we did not know and there was no signal showing the elevator was stopped due to the fire alarm. Pour fire procedures!!

Loved everything. Super clean, comfortable beds, great restaurants, great gym walking distance to everything we needed during our stay.

Loved the bathroom, room was spacious and staff were really nice. Starbucks and hot pot were a plus! Also a Ruth’s Chris. $15 credit per night for the bar or breakfast. Great location as well and not too far of a walk to pikes. I would come again!

This hotel is located perfectly, and the hotel is nice and functional but it is in need of a renovation, however we got the 4 night approx. $750 cheaper that any other hotels in the same area and class, the check in staff were super nice and service oriented, the house keeping great, the valet great - only minor complain were when we check out we were asked how the hotel was, which I replied too exactly as I described above - this didn’t “Karen” like at all (so don’t ask if you don’t want the true).

Everything was really clean. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Restaurant listing provided was a little out of date with 2 restaurants closed but everything else was extremely helpful. Couldn’t really find the hot tub and such but there was so much in the hotel room that it didn’t really matter. We appreciate everything everyone was able to help us with! We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the city
