An older property showing its age. Although generally clean, the fixtures could use updating. Sink and tub drain stoppers don't work well.

You get what you pay for!

Very small bathroom and little selection for breakfast

Location The room 116 was not fully functional nor conducive to a good night’s sleep and in my mind, unsafe. The overhead light upon entry to the room did not turn off via the light switch on the wall which means it would be on all night while we were trying to sleep. We had to access the breaker box which I found dangerous and turned off all the other outlets and the refrigerator.

Clean room and air conditioning

There was a bar to hang clothes but no hangers. I plugged in my watch to charge and it didn’t charge cuz the outlet didn’t work. I wanted to wash my hair, but no hairdryer. There was a refer and a coffee maker and they had a decent breakfast display. I was on the ground level and the first morning I discovered the window had been unlocked all night. Not good for a woman traveling alone. Finally got it locked for the second night. I didn’t feel safe there.

The comforters on the beds were the best

Air conditioning was very good. It would be nice if the shower hot water temperature was 3 degrees F higher, however it was adquate. Furniture placement in the room was very good. Bed was very good And pillows were exceptional . Lighting in bathroom was excellent. A large luggage cart was easily available and very much appreciated. All of the staff were extremely nice and easy to work with.

The place was convenient to us for our trip. There were restaurants nearby. There was a blackout for 2 hours at night.

The room was small. When we arrived, the shower did not have a shower curtain, but staff quickly got us a replacement. This hotel was cheap and you got what you pay for. It needs some upgrades, but was fine overall.

Like most people I read the recent reviews; both negative and positive. Overall, the room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Would stay again.

Convenient location, clean room, helpful staff. The room we had was at the end of the building closest to the major street. Although there wasn’t much noise from the busy street, the curtain covering the window that faced the street didn’t really block out the bright light from outside so the room was fairly bright all night.

The city had a power outage in the area that affected the hotel and the staff was very accommodating and helpful on options for us.

Stairwells, hallway, and room were very dirty.

The breakfast service was good, loved their waffles. The space was okay, nice and clean. pretty much everything you'd expect from a 3 star hotel.

How the deposit being withheld wasn't upfront knowledge and when there was a snag returning I had to hunt them down to get the refund going. Also counter person when I checked in was on phone and not eager to help.

Property still hasn’t refunded my security deposit or will answer to Expedia for refund. Stay away from this place.

Clean room, close to where I needed to be, very convenient location. Staff, very nice!
