Aloft by Marriott Seattle Sea-Tac Airport

Nice room but I didn’t care for no separate light for bathroom. One light switch which illuminates bathroom and bed area. We were also given only 2 washcloths and 3 bath towels for 4 ppl.

Clean! All of the staff were extremely helpful.

Housekeeping tried to fit a queen size sheet on a king bed. We discovered the problem when we climbed into bed after a 10+ hour wait at the airport, so we weren't very satisfied with that. When they brought us the proper size sheet, we had to make our own bed. Otherwise, it was okay.

Very convenient to the airport with shuttle service

Staff were so kind and accommodating. The property was clean and modern. Everything was so convenient. Definitely family friendly.

Close proximity to the airport. Modern vibes, love that there was laundry on-site. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Great location by the airport. The front desk staff (day and night) were the most helpful. Shuttles were very easy and convenient.

The room was clean, the staff were amazing, they provide a shuttle for near by restaurants which is a huge perk, free airport shuttle every half hour. So many perks to staying at this hotel . The beds were very comfortable. Had a great stay

Great staff. Rooms are very small. Walls are thin. We could hear the kids in room next to us until very late. The shuttle to airport is the best!

We really enjoyed our night at ALoft before catching an early flight out. The bar and lobby was a great place to hang out, the beds were very comfortable, and the parking was easy and affordable. We didn't take advantage of the shuttle because we had a rental car, but it runs 24 hours and that's hard to find sometimes for those early flights that you have to leave for at 3 am. We would stay there again in a minute!

Then the lift got out of service. I asked the bar staff where stairs were. She had no clue !!!! Glad we were not in emergency situation. The person at the reception desk was busy dealing with the lift issue. She vaguely indicated where stairs were. There were no signs. We had to go through tge parking garage to finally find the stairs expecting we could go up to our rooms. Scary! Personnel needs to be trained for emergency situation and signage improved.

Close to the airport. 15min drive to Seattle and multiple restaurants plenty of night time entertainment on the property as well

It was clean and easily accessible to the airport! The gentleman that checked us in late night was very accommodating and helpful! He carried our luggage up the stairs because the elevator did not work? He deserves a raise!! And was so nice about it all!!! I love the lounge and option for food! I wish there was an enclosed outside area. The elevators were not working when we arrived and then only one was in use for the rest of our stay so it took long.

Location Bartender rude. We were there before 10 and she wasn't very happy serving up. Room lights make no sense. One switch turns every light one. Rooms were not as close as I hoped. Tried to park under ground and my card wouldn't open the gate. Someone else checking in opened the gate and I rushed in with them. Only 1 elevator worked. Disappointing for $1000.(3 rooms)

Just that we had too leave early and did not get to enjoy our stay fully. Not due to hotel.
