Terrible smell the entire building. We didn't spend a night.

There is no breakfast

If you need a place to crash and you got limited solvency this is the place, is a cheap and basic motel.

🇫🇷 Hôtel pratique pour être près de ORD, mais expérience décevante. Situé près de l’autoroute et de l’aéroport, donc très bruyant : voitures, avions et gens qui parlent fort. Chambre basique : frigo, micro-ondes, shampoing et savon, mais pas de séchoir, cintres ni planche à repasser. J’ai aussi trouvé une petite coquerelle dans la salle de bain. ⚠️ Pour les Québécois avec une carte débit Desjardins : le terminal n’accepte pas leur réseau. Desjardins m’a expliqué qu’ils ont un seul partenaire bancaire aux USA, contrairement à TD, et les hôtels ne font pas toujours partie de ces réseaux. Pour le paiement prévoyez une carte de crédit ou du comptant et pour le depot (100usd) . L’hôtel est loin du centre-ville : ~2 h en transport ou ~45 min en Uber/Lyft, environ 200 $ CAD aller-retour. Pratique pour le Rosemont Theatre, sinon je recommande de rester plus près du centre. 🇬🇧 Convenient for ORD, but disappointing. Right by the highway and airport, so very noisy. Basic room with fridge, microwave, shampoo and soap, but no hair dryer, hangers or ironing board. I also found a small cockroach in the bathroom. ⚠️ Desjardins debit cards may not work because the terminal doesn’t accept their network. Desjardins told me they have one U.S. banking partner, unlike TD, and hotels don’t always use those networks. Bring a credit card or cash for the payment and deposit. Far from downtown: ~2 hours by transit or ~45 min by Uber/Lyft, around $200 CAD round trip. Good for the Rosemont Theatre. sad trip

There no such continental breakfast at this hotel. Totally disappointing. They just serve coffee and cereals.

Olía mal los pasillos.

The room was renovated, which was great. However, shower items were low or empty. It says that it includes breaksfadt, which is two sad granola bars and coffee. It was fine just to sleep for the night.

El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, considero tenía algo desajustado por lo demás ok

The room had a lot of mold in it. The door security latch was broke and the AC has mold in it as well. The stay was very unfortunate. We had to cancel our stay and go to another hotel as we had a baby and kids and the room wpuld have been a health hazard to stay in. They had newly renovated rooms but are still putting people in unsafe rooms.

Breakfast was literally hot water and instant coffee powder. I had a booking for a double bed, and we were given a single bedroom. They told us to cancel if we do not want a single bed. Overall this "motel" was one of my worst experiences in the US.

Room was freshly renovated and quite nice. Easy check in and out for the 13 hours we had the room. 6 minutes by car to the terminal.

Television wasn't working.

Breakfast is not what was expected, very basic. Cereals and coffee and granola bars. Missing condiments for coffee which is like warm.

After booking and paying for my room, when I got there to check in, they tell me they need $100 deposit in case of damages. I know hotels charge a fee you get back for damages, but to not have it listed on their website or the 3rd party websites was ridiculous!

They would not allow me to cancel my reservation. I arrived at six and should have been able to cancel. Instead, they proceeded to try to charge me for two days. The buildings were dirty dilapidated and did not have handicap access They stole my money by not allowing me to cancel the reservation at 6 o’clock. They insisted that I called Booking.com.uponcallingbooking.com that place my ability to cancel at 7 PM. They were saying that 7 PM was too late. However, they could’ve just canceled at six when I arrived and saw the condition of the property. Furthermore, it does not have any type of handicap access. I’m reaching out to ADA on the matter.

Bed was comfortable , mirror was nice and that’s about it. Door key didn’t work the first time. Room was dimly lit. Handprints on headboard. Breakfast was just a bowl of cereal. Floors not mopped. Bathroom was tiny.

Este Hotel es el Hotel más cochino y malo que ha estado en mi vida. Las sábanas están negras de churre llena de chincha. Hay peste te engañan las habitaciones no son las de el sitio web. Por favor no vayan ahí es lo peor de mi vida el piso tiene alfombra con peste a pata en la bañadera no hay quien se meta está muy sucia lo peor de mi vida el desayuno es totalmente crítico, no hay quien se coma nada de los artículos que hay ahí todo muy mal elaborado
