The higher location in relation to Merano with a beautiful view from hotel area. It fitted my needs perfectly, free parking and near Merano enough for me.

Perfectly positioned hotel, we went to the wrong hotel first with the same name so double check maps! Only there for one night. Breakfast was ok, they had trouble understanding English but we got there in the end. Nothing

The place is clean, the staff is friendly, the bed is comfortable, the view is beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. I always hope, based on American habits, to have a kettle for hot water or a coffee machine in the room, but unfortunately, this was not available.

Great fruit selection at breakfast, heated bathroom floor, good location with bus station in front, great views, good pizza, big room, bathtub No dairy-free milk or yogurt at breakfast, insanely uncomfortable and hard beds that made you feel every single spring, terrible lighting in the rooms, not cozy at all (room and breakfast room), staff seemed always rushed, safe in the room didn't work, staff didn't give guest card for free public transport upon arrival (we found out a day later), we took the breakfast one day up to our room and cleaning staff did not remove the plates

So very comfortable and friendly staff. LOVED the warmed bathroom floor!!! Large rooms, absolutely beautiful view with lovely balcony. Easy parking and free......!!! Would have loved some bread slices for breakfast and paper towels in kitchen. Not worth mentioning, really....

Beautiful view from our room. We had dinner at Tannerhof - food was great and prices were normal (not expensive). The breakfast was also excellent. Schenna itself is posh and charming place, spotlessly clean. Great for a short afternoon/evening walk.
