Very smelly place
-
The room was disgusting. I showed it to my soninlaw and daughter. They came over with cleaning supplies. It was the only way i could feel comfortable. We took pictures of damages to furniture. I went 2x to get clean towels and never got any. They say breakfast included but all it was was packages of instant oatmeal. And coffee.

smelled so bad went through many cans of air freshener still didn’t stop the smell. caninets and furniture everything is so old I wondered how they even had it. no healthy food available, was told to bring my own towels down to exchange after 2:00 and told to throw my own trash away . just couldn’t get over that smell and how old and in bad shape everything was. it was clean but otherwise awful!

Everything in the room was old and outdated. Hair behind the toilet, flimsy pillows that need replaced.

Great staff!

The breakfast was not what not what I expected. A few granola bars and coffee was it.

Great staff, very helpful. Lot of regulars here.

From the looks of it, the property seems to be taking in long term renters which probably makes it harder to maintain it. I saw some work being done in some places which might take a while to complete.

Room was just average with small kitchen and living space. Convenient to I90.

Decent place

If anyone gets room 121 change it. All night we heard loud footsteps above us. Hard to rest. Not sure if we were under a stairwell or the guests above were just loud as hell. And we don’t rest too much . Beds and pillows could be more comfortable.

The lobby is better maintained than some other ESA hotels. The wait for guest services is long, but once someone shows up, they take good care of you. The hallways (likely because of the filthy carpet) smelled horrible and the smell in the room was even worse. The rooms are very dated, old chipped furniture and the doors on the refrigerator were dirty, and had been installed backwards. The door to the room kept sticking and was off track. I had to slam it to get the door to close properly. Nothing was sparkling clean. The sheets were old, flimsy and had a stale odor and color. I was very uncomfortable all weekend staying here. The room felt dirty and smelled like old, sweaty infected feet. I was disappointed in my stay, especially given the rate I paid.

The hotel was well maintained and mediocre priced for what was included, a kitchen area and on-the-go breakfast.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived to check in, I waited for more than 20 minutes at the reception. I repeatedly called out “hello” and tried to get someone’s attention, but there was no receptionist available. A staff member who appeared to be from the laundry department walked by, and when I asked where the receptionist was, he responded rudely and simply said, “She must be somewhere.” After about 20 minutes, the receptionist finally arrived. I politely told her that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes to check in and asked where she had been. Instead of apologizing, she spoke to me very disrespectfully and insisted that I had only been waiting for two minutes, which was completely untrue. The security cameras can easily verify exactly when I arrived and how long I waited. She even raised her voice at me, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Nothing
