The shower and view No ventilation in the room. Meant it was stuffy and hot, particularly after a couple of showers.

Room was quite small & on the top floor, Rather dated decor & furnishings but very clean, good bedding & adequately equipped. Bathroom seemed newer & very clean. We paid for a sea view, & could see far out to sea & the headlands. The floor was nice & quiet. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. The lift, which we needed to get up to the top floor. We used the stairs to come down.

Close to venue Really hot even with a fan

Location excellent for our needs, breakfast choice was excellent and food well cooked, room cleanliness was very good and everything you needed was there to use, parking excellent well signed The wait for the lift and the issue of other guests not closing the doors or gates, lift was held at various floors.

Location was fantastic and bathroom very modern with luxury of a bath. Rooms perhaps a little dated and only 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay… had to buy more.
-
Location Mouldy bath mat, dirty windows spoil the view

Loved it. It's a beautiful old hotel right on the sea front, the staff are lovely, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable... the addition of a small fridge was such a massive bonus, and comfortable beds. It's so well placed to the north bay and all it has to offer. Nothing
