Absolutely everything! This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had! I literally have no notes.

The rooms were very clean and well stocked. No coffee maker but freshly ground coffee served 24/7 in lobby. Roof top Pool and hot tub very nice. Only complaint is one day our room wasn’t serviced but front desk addressed immediately.

Great property next to everything. I’d stay again!

Comfortable bed and pillows, rooftop pool was awesome and breakfast was really good! Expensive parking

Very good

Got into bed and discovered it was soaked in urine. When I called the front desk, they told me to come downstairs (I had already explained I was in my pjs) to get a new key. I had to ask them to bring one to me. No apology. No attempt to make it right. No discount. Nothing.

Everything was pretty good including tea and hot water - 24/7. Except minor things that I mentioned below. For this type of hotel - 3 stars - it could be nice to have a shower cap in a shower. It’s not that expensive. Breakfast could have a cream cheese too. Pool didn’t have a clear water, that didnot seem right.

Excellent hotel for me and my wife. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We are looking forward to staying here again in 3 weeks

The location of the hotel and the friendly staff CLEANLINESS!!! The rooms were dirty and had a dump/moldy smell. At first we were assigned a dirty room that had not been cleaned since the previous occupant left. The staff was able to re-assign us to a different room but even those rooms appeared clean but the room generally smelled bad and the beds although made, seemed like the bedsheet were not changed from the last person who slept on them. The hallways smelt really bad and there were piles of black trash bags full of trash by the elevator in almost every floor.

First, the staff. Fantastic in service, assisting and being available. Second, location. Just enough out of the way to be peaceful area. Not too much traffic. Third, amenities. Rooftop pool and. Breakfast. Both a plus in my book. Definitely would return to this location.

You need to list parking next-door as on your site paying that much for parking each night is ridiculous even for valet

My friend and I had a great time in Savannah! It was our first time visiting this beautiful city and loved staying at this hotel in the historical district. The room was spacious and clean. It also had a balcony with a great view of one of the squares. Plenty of food and room to sit during breakfast time. And the staff was courteous and professional from beginning to end. I plan to visit the city again, and will definitely choose to stay at this hotel too.

Room was clean, Nice Shower. Overall, okay visit.

Location and cleanliness. Staff was great.

Hotel is walkable to downtown Savannah. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed. Balcony a little small but ok for 2 people, no chairs on Balcony. Breakfast was good, a lot of choices. Hotel wants you to charge for parking, I think it was $48 a day. You can park in the parking garage right beside of the hotel which is a lot cheaper a few dollars per hour and max per day is $20. Valet were taking the cars to the same garage.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were AMAZING! Rooms were clean and location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything we did and everyplace we ate. Breakfast was good and they have 24 hour coffee. Housekeeping was another story....we stayed 6 nights and they never showed up until the last evening we were there and just gave us clean towels and took some trash while we were there in the room. Pool is tiny but great. Could definitely use more than 4 lounge chairs.
