There were not many choices for breakfast and it was not maintained. They opened late and ran out of food due to so many coming at the same time to eat. It took a while to replenish and some people left because they couldn’t wait.

Stay was great. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good.

The Air conditioning was horrible. I had to change rooms but it didn’t make a difference. Room was very nice but it was hot as …… in the room.

Convenient to Hwy 95 Dirty! Roaches! Elevator not working! Most ice vendors not working and none of laundry room working!

I really enjoyed the area of the hotel and just the stay in general. Amazing staff, nice breakfast, and amazing room lamps lol. The only downside for me was the elevator, pool, and gym. The elevator door made odd noises when closing and opening, the pool looked a little bigger in pictures but in person it was just 5ft and kinda small, the gym only had so little equipment. And also when me and my girls got in the room, there was a dirty towel in the bottom drawer under the microwave.

The staff was very pleasant

Breakfast has a lot of options compared to others Comfort Inn visited recently. And the best of all, it is an smoke Free hotel which for me is a very positive point. Only for that i will come back to this hotel. Clean, beautiful and convenient.

The fact they double charged

Had a bed for my family to sleep overnight Half the outlets didn’t work in the room , had funny smell in the room and in the hall, the breakfast was barely maintained and very low choice of food. The gym was misleading- had 2-3 pieces of equipment and very small room. Coffee pot was in the bathroom and no blackout curtains to help with sleep. Stayed overnight Friday and got up Saturday to go to the store and the person at the front desk looked at me and said “30 more minutes “ not anything like “good morning “ or “do you need help” I wasn’t even interested in the breakfast at the time they saw me

I was just cited because we were on our 11 hour drive from RIC to Tampa. Saw this and thought it would be a good place to stay. But I was mistaken The employee at the desk was non chant and rude. Did not bother to look for my reservation that I made while driving and had the receipt on my phone. Nevertheless He continues to enforce that he saw no reservations. I called booking .con. They called the hotel and asked him to. Heck. His reply to them was he did not have access to check. I watched him stand in one place and the walk around the corner and came back with. I don’t have access to I never saw him try to access anything. He never once tried to gain any insight from a manager or anyone else. I was thoroughly outdone. I left and will definitely Never return to this property

Everything

I love cleanses of the room. I would have like to see the staff of the breakfast for more than 5 seconds. The bacon, waffles, and everything was great with the exception of the eggs were very cold. I love the staff. They were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Again I didn’t like the cold eggs. However, I would recommend them highly.

Typical low budget hotel. Not kept as clean as I would like but for the price what can you say. At least there were no bugs and roaches.
