The staff was great and super helpful. The views from the rooftop bar are amazing. We had a balcony room and enjoyed the views from there, as well.

Modern and clean I thought on the river was a good thing, but it turned out to not be. It’s on a road full of souvenir shops and bars and required us to climb steep, unsafe stairs to get to the main Bay St Road where everything we visited or dined at was located.

Breakfast was extra. As much as they charge Breakfast should have been included. No pool nor a fitness center. This hotel was chosen as the perfect place to have our family reunion. We weren't given the same opportunity as the other guests. We were rushed out of the meeting room where we were supposed to gather.

Nice place and good condition it served its purpose only negative thing was the breakfast was poor

First class all the way. Great staff, beautiful room, nice amenities and terrific location. Must go to lodging.

Awful experience. I booked two nights for $452. Checked in on Saturday. Work up Sunday morning and checked my account. They hit me for $757, $632 and $283. I went to the manager. They verified the money was taken. But I was given no actual explanation. Just that is was an automatic system issue. I refused to stay another night knowing they would take another $600. It won’t fall out of pending for up to five days. So that is over $1000 that I do not have to spend on my vacation. Same thing happened to my daughter the day before. They hit her with three $100 charges. Insane!!! Stay far far away.

The hotel itself, location and restaurant/bar are great, but the front desk staff couldn’t be more awful. Our bank account was hit with extra charges from the hotel and the front desk couldn’t even tell me why. My charges were for over $300 and my friends had the same problem getting charged over $1,300!!! They kept saying that they didn’t see these charges on their end. I’m still trying to get this squared away and get refunded. I guess they have a new software system and are “working out the kinks.” Pretty crazy to just take money from people’s bank accounts and not care. We also weren’t given the right room we booked and neither did our friends. We booked a riverfront room and got a partial river front room. Our friends didn’t even get the balcony they booked. I could honestly care less about the room but the front desk staff were rudely telling me I was in the right room. This was our first time visiting Savannah and due to the poor service from the front desk, we ended up leaving before using our 2nd night. Next time we visit Savannah is absolutely no chance we still here again.
