Beautiful house in beautiful grounds. Very peaceful. Owners are very attentive. Will definitely return. Ne rien.

High quality accomodation. Excellent host. Very quiet. Good restaurant/ pizzeria 1.7km away. Would have liked another pillow!

We enjoyed using the pool after a long trip to get there. The Moulin is located at the roadside, as was our bedroom, but with the shutters & windows closed we heard nothing from outside. It was more that we heard the couple who had the room above us moving around. Breakfast was delicious: Martine cooked a different type of cake and gave us different fruits each morning we were there.

We needed a stop in the area on our journey from the UK to Spain. We couldn’t have selected anywhere more perfect. The host was very accommodating and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. The swimming pool was first class and set in picturesque surroundings. There are a selection of drinks available to purchase from the host, we enjoyed beers on the terrace in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was wholesome and fresh again enjoyed on the terrace with beautiful surroundings. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended. Thank you. Nothing, everything was perfect.

We enjoyed a great week here. The hosts are wonderful. The breakfast is fantastic. The grounds are beautiful, and the B&B is well maintained. From this location we were able to be on the beach in 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. Dax is also a half an hour drive. Hypermarket in St Vincent is a 10 minute drive. Not a negative, just a tip. Bring mosquito/bug repellant. We weren't overwhelmed by mosquitos. Not at all. A previous guest had recommended bringing repellant. It was a good tip and want to pass it along. This is an old watermill surrounded by forest. The peace and quiet and the nature are incredible!

Our hosts were welcoming, friendly, accommodating and very informative on the local area. The accommodation was positioned near to the village of Saubriges in tranquil and delightful grounds. There were lots of very pleasant "seating" and areas to relax in the gardens and on the patio around the salt water swimming pool. Our apartment was self contained, had a private entrance and was spotlessly clean. There was a well equipped kitchen/dining area, a large and very comfortable lounge and sleeping area with spacious toilet and shower facilities. The apartment was extremely well appointed and bedding and towels were of a good quality. The apartment had it's own outside patio area with a lovely view over the garden & countryside. Our car was parked directly outside our apartment and there was a secure garage for our bicycles. Breakfast was superb, plentiful, with many homemade items and served outside on the patio. Nothing - we loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer!

A quiet out of the way country stay but still close enough to major centres and the coast. A lovely lake/millpond with wild birds and surrounded by a wild forest with walks. Friendly helpful owners looked after us superbly. Room had air-conditioning and a massive walk in shower.. Big car park at property and a good choice of different accommodation, even a yurt. Wonderful. There was nothing I didn't like though being British I'd prefer a bigger breakfast. But when in France.........

the swimming pool is gorgeous. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, they went out of their way to help us. There is a beautiful garden and a lovely games area with outdoor table tennis, badminton etc. The beds are very comfortable and the everything is well maintained.
