Beautiful hotel! Very updated and spacious, loved the room and pool area!

The location was great, almost all of UTC within walking distance. Free Bike usage had to be the most unexpected amenity. Hotel was extremely clean and everything was working. No complaints.

The room was freezing cold and there was no way to turn on any type of heat or to make it stop. I had to turn on the stove top burner to get sone type of heat. The breakfast was probably the worse I had seen anywhere. Not sure who puts out taco flavored beef for breakfast?? The bed however was the absolute worse. I could have slept on the floor and it would have been softer than the bed. It literally bruised my wife. Will be looking at any place other than here on our next trip.

This was a quick leisure trip with four grandchildren and senior parent. We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great amenities!

The system was down when we checked in. we asked the staff to let us check in and they gave us a lesser room than we booked. When we asked to switch to the room type we booked, they gave us a hard time.

Close to the mall & shopping. Beach was only a 20min drive The breakfast was super crowded and many people were just standing around.

Beautiful, clean hotel in a prime location for shopping. Loved having a full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher so we could make our own breakfast and lunch. We will stay here again!
