Good location Between sapporo station and susukino. 7-11 next to hotel. The rooms are small but the amenities bar is really good. Smoking room and washing machines in hotel. Rooms are a bit small but clean

Staff was very helpful and very quick checkin. Location is great because it's just 5 minute walking from Sapporo JR station. Nothing really
-
Close to sapporo station The bed is very noisy; it creaks even if you move just a little.

location wasnt bad but the snow made it harder to get there. there was a convenience store close. they took a long time to respond to messages

Classic Japanese business hotel, very small but comfortable. Paid breakfast but there is a 711 below the building. It was extremely difficult to find parking. The parking associated with the hotel is several blocks down and there are different ones according to the size of your car. Really confusing and frustrating if you have a car to go skiing / have all your ski equipment. I would stay here again if I didn’t have ski equipment or a car, otherwise I would not.

I like the location because it is close to the JR station, I like breakfast because I can take some bread to my room instead of eating in the lobby, and the internet is quick for me. The staff is friendly and service-minded. Checking in is quick; I'm not sure if the system links my information from the Nagoya Hotel or not. Every day, they change the towels, slippers, and pajamas. I adore how clean and basic the room is. It is hardly crowded in the breakfast room. I would like to visit again. In my opinion, after comparing my experiences at R&B hotels in Sapporo and Nagoya, I prefer the hotels in Nagoya. In Sapporo, the view from my room was obstructed, and the hotel was under renovation at the time, making it harder to find as parts of the building were covered. The room also had poor sound insulation—I could hear people walking and talking outside. Additionally, the room was dimly lit, with only one light, whereas the Nagoya hotel had better lighting. As for the welcome drinks, the Sapporo hotel only offered coffee, which I don’t drink, but the Nagoya hotel provided juice, which I appreciated. Overall, while my stay in Sapporo wasn’t uncomfortable, I found my experience in Nagoya to be better in several ways. I noticed that the breakfast offerings in both Nagoya and Sapporo were exactly the same. I was expecting something special or unique at each location that would give each hotel its own signature experience, even though they are part of the same chain.

Everything except the pillow The pillow… guys, It’s a nice hostel but please, the pillow are to big, it was so difficult to fall asleep. You should put a small pillow in the room too to let the choice to the guests.

- The hotel is in the center, 2 blocks from the Sapporo Train Station. - The rooms are very tidy and clean, you have everything you need on a smaller-compact place. - The breakfast is really tasty, the bakery is selfmade and warm. - Yeah, Japan is a cultural shock for a European at the first time. It never took me so long to finish at the WC. Because the toilet has more buttons as a common computer... :D - The roomdoors are magnetic. I "terrorised" the reception about the "don't disturbe" sign till I realised, that actually it is on the door inside. I just needed to dislocate it for the outside. :D - I would recommend to put on some hooks for clothes in the bath. - It is maybe for the very clean and organised Japanese uncomfortable, if the guest don't want cleaning every day. I won't lie and say straight away, that I am not cleaning up my whole flat every day - so I requested no cleaning during my 3 nights stay (also good for the environment and put less labor on the cleaning stuff). They respected it but very cutely put a bag of new towels every day on my door. I would recommend to ask the guest that too, because I didn't need to change my towels every day.

Conveniently located. Midway between Sapporo Station and Odori Park. One block east of the underground tunnel that connects Sapporo Station to Susukino during bad weather. 7/11 store right next door for food and drinks.
