It’s very close to everything (walking distance) we wanted to see! The beds were a bit small.

Your front desk staff lady was the best!! She was most helpful and she covered a long shift as she was there in tyke evening and in the morning too. She has the best smile and a real can-do attitude Prices did not match Sapporo level royom size. I was expeing a bigger room!

Great location and friendly staff, but rooms are a bit small The location of the b sapporo is very good, and the staff were friendly. We also really enjoyed the complimentary biscuits and coffee! Overall, it is a decent place to stay for the location and convenience, but room size and pillow availability could be improved for families. However, the room is considered quite small. Unfortunately, on the day we stayed, the hotel ran out of extra pillows, so we only had 2 pillows to share between 2 adults and 2 kids, which was not ideal.

Very convenient location near Tanuki Koji, the airport shuttle bus stop, and two subway stations. The staff were very helpful. The check in/out processes were easy. The hotel also offered the option to store luggage before/after check in/out.

The hotel was centrally located in Sapporo city and was very close to public transportation and the underground walkways, which were essential during winter. The room itself had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. They also have a luggage scale at the front desk if you request it. Unfortunately some of the front desk staff actively avoided hotel guests. There were multiple times during our stay when we would approach the front desk and the staff would just go into the back room, leaving the desk unmanned. However, this wasn't all of the staff: there were 2 (1 woman during the morning, 1 woman during the evening) who did their best to address both our and other customer's needs.

The hotel is very well located. There are many restaurants, convenience stores (konbini), the city tram, and subway entrances nearby, which helped us a lot. The breakfast was good and met our expectations. The room for two adults and one 11-year-old child was comfortable and we slept without any problems. The hotel staff were professional, and we have nothing to complain about Nothing to complain about

The free afternoon snacks. The lounge area is very cozy. The building is very modern and clean. The bathrooms are larger than other Japanese hotels. The breakfast is very simple and repetitive after two days

Good location for restaurants and walk to many sites. Also liked the mid afternoon snacks. Breakfast could have been better. Croissants were hard. Not a lot of variety.

Location near the bus to the airport and in a great neighbourhood (near Ramen Alley and a covered shopping street for snowy or rainy days. Easy walk to Odori Park and a 20 min walk to the Sapporo Station (which you can easily walk underground or take the metro). Staff was friendly, the breakfast was one of the best we had out of several other hotels we stayed at. The little afternoon desserts were a fun treat. They also have washing and drying machines on site, which is a bonus. nothing! Overall great stay. Would stay there again.

The location was great. Very easy to walk to busses and trains. You were right in the middle of everything so you could walk to do many places in Sapporo. We were super close to Nijo fish market and so many other places to shop. There was a cute parfait place that was right across the street too! I upgraded to a corner room, which made it so my spouse and i had plenty of room for us and our suitcases. The room was clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. There wasn't anything I disliked about the hotel. I would stay here again.
