Breakfast was bad Proper english breakfast

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive . Centrally located . My television language was ONLY in Portuguese ? I tried to reprogram and the maintenance person tried to and he failed. The property needs to check all Televisions. Ti make sure that they are operable . Only 3 languages offered . Spanish , English and. Portuguese. I ended up watching International volleyball ! Also the only outlet was in the bathroom !! None near the beds. .

The location is great. Next door there is a nice grocery store, and within a minute-walk there is a subway station. The surroundings are safe and nice. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were super kind and helpful. It could use some maintenance. The room is really tiny.

The breakfast was good I forgot my charger in the room, I called and the guy from the reception said that I would only be able to try to find the item 3 days in the future. I lost my charger…

We stayed at this hotel. Before go out from hotel we left 1100USD in my wife backpack. Then we back hotel sleep and next morning we did checkout for go airport. When we arrived at the airport, we realized that $600 had been taken from the bag. During this time only housekeeping enter room for make room. We tried to reach hotel but they didn’t answer.
