Location Pool was closed and we weren’t told before. The bathroom was not clean (mold on the joints) Bugs on the pillows and the A/C had a very strong humid smell.

Well located. This property has black mould throughout it. The staff know this and will not only show you upstairs happily, but refuse to help you because the owner of the hotel is renting this room privately - not as part of the hotel. The room was dirty and smelt bad. We slept with the windows open because my girlfriend has asthma. We were told to contact the owner directly - he has still not responded a week later. The staff downstairs were not helpful at all. They said if we found somewhere else to stay we could get a refund, but everywhere had got really expensive. We were told our room became available because someone before us left early due to the mould. This means they were aware of the issue and let us in anyway. Thanks a lot… I hope to get a response soon to my request for a full refund.

I love the location of the hotel, close to Avenida Paulista with many shops and restaurants. The staff are always nice and friendly and very attentive. Breakfast is reasonable and nicely presented, staff made me even an omelette upon request. More options for juices would be nice... Room is clean, big enough and has a nice view.

Good location. Quiet comfortable room The pool area could be much nicer. There was not enough chairs. Breakfast was ok could have a bit more variety.

It’s ok breakfast is good. Location is fine Very expensive and they don’t let you not even a minute before the time, not good if you are tired.

Some fron desk staff does not speak English. Pillows are too big for narrow den.

Right off main drag Ave Paulista Great place for a Sunday stroll Staff saw me holding my phone out for an Uber and whisked me inside. Big no no as motorcyclists snatch right out of your hand. That said area seemed remarkably safe and secure Needs more outlets in rooms with USB c
