Nothing at all. The staff is unpolite. The experience was terrible. They messed up with our reservation and didn't do anything to help. Also the parking iss terible, dangerous and expensive.

Gostamos da localizacao, do atendimento do staff e do hotel como um todo. Nos deixaram fazer um checkin mais cedo, usar as dependencias sem problemas.

Loved the cleaness, how confy the bed, pillows and banlkets were. The star of the stay was the breakfast, completely amazing, a lot of options, everything very fresh. The hotel location is perfect if you hava appointment to the US Consulate, it is only a short walk (about 10 min). There were so small but incovinient issues in the room. Toilllet not working, shower leaking, AC not working proprerly. The beds were really small. For the price I paid, in some other places, I could get a more moders room set up, and bigger and confier beds. Staff were not fast in solving issues, like the toillet and the AC.

Great hotel, excellent location with bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms and bed are very comfortable and the food is very good. wi-fi in the room didn't work well and I couldn't watch TV at all. concierge staying outside were not very proactive or helpful to get a taxi, carry luggage or open doors to the client.

Bed was comfortable and sheets were crisp and nice Facilities need better maintenance ( doors peeling, carpets in the common area, yellowed light switches). Breakfast was varied but quality of the food and beverage was disappointing.

Hotel is quite dated. Definitely needs an upgrade. Breakfast was excellent and staff were extremely helpful and kind. I feel if they just refurbish the rooms, the stay experience would be amazing.

I missed having the robe and sleepers in the room, also a bigger TV screen. The pool was good, but i found a lack of options within the restaurant.
