Close to the financial street You can hear others walking in the hallway when in your room and can sometimes hear the next door neighbor

Bed was comfy and staff helpful. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. They stored my luggage while I was attending a business meeting. Bathroom amenities were good. Towels although a bit tough, but were very good, thick and did the job. Too much noise in the corridor during the night. I am sure I could hear an aluminium stepladder being climbed on. There could be at least a bottle of water in the minibar and I don't mean a complimentary one, no problem if it were.

The location is the best thing about the hotel. In the heart of Paulista Avenue. Nothing really, but the hotel felt like it needed some retouches.

Good location. The bed was itchy and uncomfortable I woke up with what appeared to be bumps on my torso and back which leads me to believe there are bed bugs in the rooms. I checked out the next morning and vowed NEVER to return. Worst room EVER! THE BATHROOM WAS GROSS AND OLD.

Good location, everything worked fine, buffet breakfast was very good value. Relatively expensive for what you get. A lot of construction noise from a floor above my room.

Staff was great, facility very clean and organized, and exceptional location. I contacted the facility to ask if there was any vegan option for breakfast and lunch, they said yes which made me really happy. But that was not true, there was no vegan options at all except by fruits. My biggest problem is not the fact that they don’t have vegan alternatives, the problem is when they say they have it when banana is the only food I can eat at the facility, that’s disrespectful.

When I got the room and enter the bathroom the trash can wasn’t clean. Had some cold in the night, would be great to have a heater and maybe some water bottles in the room.
