Localização muito conveniente para quem vai embarcar e desembarcar em Congonhas. Quarto espaçoso, sempre limpo, com cama e coberta confortáveis. Staff simpática e solicita. O café da manhã tem qualidade e variedade. O buffet noturno (pago) é uma ótima opção pada jantar.

In the bathroom there is no space to put your personal hygiene things, communication with the people of the lobie is very difficult if you do not speak Portuguese, nobody speaks Spanish and almost nobody speaks English, but definitely the black dot is the parking service that is not from the hotel and the rates are very affordable, they have a system in which 24 hours count from 1 pm , not since you leave your car, then innin only day you could pay twice the rate of the full day

The location is perfect if you want to access the Congonhas’s airport by foot. It’s very near the airport! The breakfast begins at 4am, so even if you need to do check out very early, you can have a good breakfast before your flight. I do not have any complaints about the hotel.

Staffs is very helpful and friendly and the rooms is comfortable! Parking staffs is little bit difficult and the charges was too much ch! Sometimes I get charged twice per day!!!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff is always kind and the breakfast which was included, was really good! I was a bit deceived with my stay at the hotel this time...the air conditioning in my room was not working properly, the room had a strange odor, there were no cups or glasses in the room and trying to call the reception was mission impossible! I had to call the hotel from outside to ask them to connect me to the receptionist and wi-fi was really poor!

Breakfast was great, location as welll (in front of airport) and bedroom very spacious for the family. Check in was a bit slow, although there was no line, it took a while for the employee to get all our family information in the system.
