Hotel Trianon Paulista

Clean , the staff were welcoming , the breakfast was very good and overall it’s functional. Rooms lacks basic amenities like a water boiler , iron, the windows are old and the noise cancellation is not in its best. Plus the design makes you feel it’s ole furnished while I think it’s renewed

Staff were amazing! So friendly and attentive. A great location. Felt safe. Easy to walk to many things. Rooms are just a bit dated. Beds are basic with a sheet and fleece blanket.

Location was excellent. Unprofessional attitude of the reception staff.

One person at the reception the second day, he was very polite and helpful. The receptionist the day we arrived, wasn’t helpful at all. Couldn’t talk proper English nor helpful, our pay with card didn’t work, it was 1am we suggested to give euro and in the morning bring the cash or whatever else solution, all she was saying was No. Zero communication, zero manners. We were so frustrated because of that. The hotel itself if very old, rooms are old and needs renovation, the neighborhood isn’t animated neither.

Location, a few walk up a small hill to the fun street! All was great!

the pool area could use some fixing

I did not like the property since my sunglasses were lost in the property. I had it in my room inside a bag and when we came back the bag was not there and the manager just told me that they might put it in the garbage and he can’t do anything. And the pool was dirty

receptionist, was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond my expectation . Bruno provided great service to locate us in a room that made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself feels very safe, which is a significant plus for travelers. The amenities are top-notch, area was beautiful and location is ideal, surrounded by vibrant neighborhoods and stunning huge garden views. Breakfast was perfect and regular extera requests was accepted. Brazil is such a wonderful country to visit, and staying at the Hotel Trianon Paulista made my trip even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in São Paulo. The hotel is a bit old. But staff is lovely, is very well located and we enjoyed the breakfast. For the price it was a good deal. Would be great to see some things updated. Bathrooms, beds, etc were very very old.

The wifi was pretty bad, I couldn't even connect through the tv. The pool was a bit dirty as well.

I like the location of the hotel. It is very convenient and easy to go everywhere. It is also easy to find good restaurants nearby, and the area feels safe to walk around. The staff are very helpful and friendly, even though some of them cannot speak English very well. The breakfast is nice as well. However, the internet was not working for two days during my stay. I had to use my mobile roaming data to access the internet in my room. The connection showed as connected, but there was no internet access. It worked on the first day, but after that, it stopped working completely. The bed was acceptable, but I did not feel comfortable using the bed sheet as a blanket. Due to my long flight, short stay, and the time difference, I was very tired and did not want to disturb the hotel staff.

The staff was great!!! Excellent location. Very clean rooms. Great price. Everything was great!!!

Breakfast was varied, very good toilet didn't flush well, slow to fill with water

Rooms are not in that good condition, worst thing was the shower!! it took more than 30-40 mins to get hot water !! in evening and even in morning also when you are in hurry, and just a tiny space to take bath. It was just one night stay else I would have surely cancelled the booking and shifted to somewhere else. Windows are like shutters of the shops!! Another surprise - they charged me BRL 30/day per bag - for storing the luggage which is free almost everywhere. The young boy at entrance who takes care of welcoming the guests - was very sweet and friendly.. that's the only good part I can say. Will never ever chose this hotel again!
