Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Outdated building from 60s? Odd metal shutter in place of window in bedroom.

Superb

Good security, friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. The furniture and bathroom facilities were quite old.

Breakfast was good with enough variety to suit most needs. The room/apartment was spacious especially if a person stays for a longer period, and although not new or modern, very clean. It was good to have a bathtub and the water pressure was fantastic! Cupboard space was good. Good location. The people working at the hotel made it their business to be attentive and accommodating. A true pleasure to experience. A general renovation would be good - definitely a new air conditioner unit, and an extraction fan in the bathroom. The bathroom could be upgraded/renovated and tiled with large, light-coloured tiles with a smooth surface to make it light and uncluttered. I would've liked a kettle and cup for especially the early morning cup of coffee. The noise from the nearby restaurants was quite disturbing.

Very good

There were ants in the room

The personell had a very good willing to receive the guests Old building, tired and need urgent retrofit. Power outlet outdated, no outlets near bed, Lamps blinking with no maintance 24h. Very old and noisy Air conditioning. Terrible amenities. Sofa with dirty appearance. Broken chair to work at desk in the room. The breakfast is far below expectation according to the fare charged. A 150 USD room rate in Brazil should deliver much better experience.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The building needs some maintenance. There was no indication of anything, like the number to call room service or what should be the credentials to access the wi-fi.

Staff was very helpful and Nice! Beautiful view from one of the rooms. Bed was awful and one of the rooms had a wall just in front of the window
-
Just the location It's an old hotel it needs renovation, bed very uncomfortable and not enough towels

The Staff at Estanplaza Nacoes Unidas was very friendly and helped me already with an early check-in. They were helpful with Tips while in SP. The breakfast is Standard and you can enjoy it until 10 am. If I return to Sao Paulo, I would consider staying there again.

The location. Unfortunately due to a storm we stay almost three days without electric power, not the hotel fault, but it ruined the stay
