Great accommodations in Jardins - an awesome four night stay. The exercise room is well equipped and clean. We appreciate how the staff accommodates guests after check out time who need to some extra time before leaving for the airport - late room checkout if rooms are available or use of the two upstairs living rooms that are very comfortable. Breakfast is nice too with a few new items each day and a huge selection of fresh fruits. Secure hotel in a safe neighborhood.

Clean, friendly, safe, great location, walkable, pool is Amazing and all the rooftop facilities breakfast is great with so many choices and restaurant has good food and cocktails Verediani Pizzaria is close by and highly recommended!

Nice clean room, safe location, everywhere we ate on the area was very delicious. Staff spoke English, which made our life much easier

The Wi-Fi was not stable and only worked outside the room.

The location, facilities inside the room, cleanliness There is a collaborator at night in reception who is not very friendly, he is downright rude. It is the second time I have been there and he still behaves the same way. He should have been better trained. There was a poorly trained waiter in the restaurant at night as well.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good gym, big bedroom. Was nice to have a bar so we could have a drink before dinner and the Barman was super nice Hairdryer wasn’t good, very weak, and the shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold, couldn’t fully enjoy the shower. WiFi in the room is terrible.

Location is excellent. Room is spacious. Everything in the room worked as expected. Property seems a bit dated. Breakfast seemed to be constantly running out of food.
