The bed was a little firm but nothing crazy

Location is good and the rooms are well sized. Breakfast was generous. Photos of the rooms were mostly accurate. Even though I selected one of the renovated superior rooms, the smell to humidity in the room and the hallway was strong. We stayed twice during one week and in our first stay we had to change the room because of it, and some black spots in the restroom that looked like mold (but can’t confirm that was the case). It is also difficult that most of the front desk staff doesn’t speak English, which seems odd for a 4 star hotel. No coffee machine in the room and when we asked for it we were told that “only the highest room comes with one” - also not very 4 star like.

Reception attendance very rude, no knowledge about the apartments. It took long time to make her understand the room I've booked when manager was finally asked to support. Someone with no instructions or training and very rude.

Just the location. Everything else is pathetic. One of the worst Novotel hotels in the world. Being a silver member at Accor also didn’t make them provide any service. Everything except the location. Pathetic. First property which doesn’t even provide water to drink in the room. It’s really sad that a hotel chain like Novotel has stooped down to such low levels. You guys charge a decent amount at which atleast you can provide water.

Very unpleasant experience. I booked the hotel for day use after arriving early in the morning from a flight, as I was waiting for my next flight later that evening. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely unaccommodating, unpleasant, and showed no empathy. On top of that, Wi-Fi was barely working in the room, which makes no sense at all.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. They made the difference. The room had all the wheelchair adaptations. And the breakfast had many options. The lighting in the room was indirect. I know it's standard in hotels but it bothers me.

Hotel is in a great location, convenient to many nice restaurants. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Internet connectivity was not great.

Breakfast. at least there was no deception in the size of the room, the air conditioner could be turned on for heating. The floor in the room wasn’t clean. in booking high-speed internet is marked as an extra option but it was the lie. they do not provide it, only low-speed internet was available for foreigners for the first 24 hours and that’s it. suspicious staff works there. The one guy from staff was absolutely mean. Also, I gave him my credit card in hands to get paid for the hotel. It was the only one place in Brazil where I did this. A few days later Unauthorized payments of $500 were made from my credit card

Room was big and bed comfy. Shower room modern with good powerful shower. Noice sofa and table to work on in room. Breakfast and lunch were very good value for money and swimming pool was very cute. The shower door opened inwards and was a bit of a tight squeeze.

Location was really good and comfortable. The staff were excellent especially the restaurant staff were too good. Mr. Wanderson(if I remember correctly) at the front desk was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Nothing much to dislike. But after experience Novotel hospitality and amenities in middle east and other countries. Felt it is less. When I received an email for online check-in to welcome in style maybe I expected more. When I find there is no one to help with luggage also was little disappointed, tea,water bottles in the room were available at cost. So I felt price was high without such facilities
