They could provide free parking for hotel guests.

very old in general there is an old dirty carpet everywhere not worth the money

Location and great breakfast. Staff was super friendly and have balloons and surprises for my kids when we arrived.

The location, friendly staff and facilities. Everybody is very helpful and super friendly. Reneta at the lounge is very helpful and recommended some places to see in the city. She gave an idea to explore the city with a very great tour guide because we are first time in the São Paulo city. It was a great experience for us. Only the price

Location, staff is amazing and room size. The gym is great. People at the bar is wonderful. Chairs and sofas need a refurbishment. They look a bit old and stained ( we are in a 5 star hotel) . Cleaning people sometimes forget the coffee pots, no cutlery in the room. No wine classes in the room. No proper duvet cover, it’s between two sheets. Aircon might need a check up.

Fantastic location - 2 mins walk to Main Street where all the shopping mall and cafes/restaurants are. The staff at the hotel were amazing and we were well looked after. My only comment would be that the cost of the taxi to pick us up from the airport was very over the top expensive and this was much less when we returned to the airport with one of their local taxi's. However - if you have never been is São Paulo before, we didn't care as it felt safer to go with hotel recommended driver/car.

Staff and food this isn’t a 5-star hotel. It’s nice but not luxury. No coffee machine in rooms. No staff for luggage assistance. Low ceilings in building. Outdated and simple furniture in lobby. Carpets in room were stained. Generally, just very basic and not what you expect from a 5 star rating. The concierge still has not replied to us to arrange an airport transfer. The concierge was never there so we arranged a private tour of city through a tourist app which turned out to be lovely, so probably a blessing in disguise. It was one of the most expensive options but actually many other hotels in alternative locations would have been better choice. The hotel feels like a business hotel with all flight crews that are there. Will not choose this hotel on future visits to Sao Paulo.

amazing concierge who gave great tips the security guy at night did not want to let my partner in without checking at reception that she was staying at the hotel. This was offensive.
-
+ luxurious hotel, located very close to Av. Paulista, with lots of great restaurants, shopping-facilities and metro-station nearby + Rooftop pool on the 3rd floor + high-quality room facilities + fully-equipped minibar + good breakfast
-
Almost nothing. This is outdated, long-unrepaired and poorly managed hotel with low quality service. It’s not similar to usual level for Intercontinental

Poor

It was very nice, clean and convenience for traffic. Pharmacy store, shopping mall, coffee shops and metro stations are all within walk distance in 5 mins Soundproof of the room is not good, I can hear people from next room talking, laughing and screaming very clearly especially in the evening.

Conveniently located and comfortable hotel reasonably priced for a 5* property. Perhaps because it feels a little bit oudated. The staff however was efficient and courteous. The room, located on the 10th floor was not well insulated from the street noise. The a/c was quite noisy. Noise insulation in the rooms.
