Great staff room clean Food was little too Chinese but was still good

The staffs all speak English perfectly, so it was really easier to communicate rather than other hotels in Sanya. The breakfasts were on point and the room was super comfy. I just wish they stopped having swimming class every hour, it was diff for people to see their kids having trouble with bumping into them.

The location is fine and acceptable, not far from the city center, The service was good, also the breakfast (only the fried eggs could be a little bit fresher), the view is fantastic, the rooms are of a nice size As mentioned the fried eggs at breakfast - everything else was excellent

A nice, if bland, hotel that met all our expectations! Great location in the city centre. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety - but if you like sweet cakes and pastries there weren't many of those. Items rotate, so if you don't see much you like on the first day it will be different the next day. The view from breakfast over the mountains is really nice. The pool area is stunning, especially at night, but it isn't heated, even though it's indoors. I was really disappointed!
