Proximity to city and restaurants No fan screens on doors or windows. Had lots of bugs and mosquitoes in the room. With no fan or A/C it was a bit uncomfortable not being able to open the windows.

Excellent service, accommodation and staff. It could be better if they provided a change of towels for the bathroom since we took a shower the day of arrival and the next day.

didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast, excellent place and location, staff was great! very clean and comfortable accommodations. check in process simple and very informative not an outlet close to the bad for charger and CPAP equipment, Balcony view was not at all pleasant, soap bar could be better, bath sink was draining slow

It is way too good located. The staff is amazing! The only thing I could improve is that the suites are in the side of the street and in the mornings there is a lot of noise.

All the property and the room. The only thing was my room mattress, for my licking it was very hard very uncomfortable, but that’s just me.

The location is nice and the facilities have a unique charm about them. it was so beyond loud in our room it was insane. The music did not stop to past 11 PM. It was like a concert happening throughout the town, they offered to move our room, but it was so late at night and I can’t imagine any room in the hotel not having that lot of music because it was all over the village. I also had a death in the family and I had to fly out as soon as possible and the hotel seemed to not care nor offer any condolences and would not give me a refund for the room when I checked out early. The beds were very uncomfortable, and there was gum, stuck underneath the table, which was very gross

The location, design, room size and confort. The price. To much for what I got. Since it is "the place to be and since it is so hot" it is overpriced.

good location the sink was clogged. the shower got flooded!!!! almost impossible to take a shower! was reported and the staff was nice but did nothing to fix the problems!!!
