Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Update of hotel to include walk-in showers in every room would be ideal. There was no shower cap and there were no robes or slippers.

The resort was an amazing hotel and Casino. We were there for the Turquoise festival and the hotel was just a perfect place to stay. Beds were very comfortable so our stay was great forcacgirks weekend

The room was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Great place to stay it's! And staff were very helpful.

The entire resort is beautiful. Our room was awesome and clean and it had the most adorable dresser and night stands that completely gave you that New Mexico vibe. We saw Tracy Lawrence at the resort in the venue was really great. It was clean and smoke free. The only thing we didn’t care for. Was the bright white lights in our faces, but that had nothing to do with the resort. They were a few restaurants choices. Having a few more options would be awesome. The staff from reception to walking throughout the resort. We’re friendly and extremely helpful. The only thing that would have been better is an upgrade on the showerheads, which I’m sure would take care of the water pressure issue. All in all, We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back to Santa Fe.

Very clean and well decorated. Food in the casino was very good. There was an issue with our credit card that the Manager had to resolve and said it was due to new staff. Rooms were a little pricier than I expected.

Sure nothing will be done about it.

Neat place. Really loved the Red Sage. Nice hotel. Our room was spacious and lovely and we loved our balcony. Better directions from the staff to getting to our rooms. Offer a paper map or a down loadable digital map. We had to figure out where to go for meals, breakfast etc.

Everything was beautiful from the scenery to the artwork. The carpet was dirty. My baby crawled around for awhile and her legs were black. The furniture was also pretty beat up in my room.

The original native American and southwest art is amazing, extensive and throughout the hotel, including the guest rooms.

Flawless! This property is tucked away a short drive north of Santa Fe with beautiful views, boundless amenities, gorgeous art, and the nicest staff. I had to drive overnight here from Denver due to a canceled flight, and I called ahead to say I'd be checking in late the following morning. The person I spoke to at the front desk was super helpful and understanding, went ahead and checked me in over the phone so that all I had to do when I finally arrived the next morning was just grab my key and go to bed. The property is sprawling with beautiful Indigenous art, a lovely spa, and easy parking. It was a dream to stay here, super clean, large room, and everyone was so nice. My only complaint is that there was no recycling bin in the room, and I couldn't find one in the lobby. I'd also love to see a little note in the bathroom with a reminder of water scarcity so that folks are conscientious about water use in the desert - this would have been especially timely given that I visited during the Frijoles Fire. Beyond that, five stars! Would happily stay here again in a heartbeat!

However, the front desk staff at the hotel were not particularly friendly, often hard to find, and lacking in information. We were required to wear wristbands for the pool, even though no other guests had them. Additionally, the steam room was out of order. The night staff at the food court were also unfriendly, and there were only two late-night dining options, with one closing earlier than the time advertised. The only available food option appeared to have been sitting under heat lamps all day and did not look appetizing.

In the description for the property it CLEARLY states they have a rooftop pool with grills. They DO NOT have this. When I asked I was sent a text stating I must be confused. I can and did read the description, they clearly lied about what is available at their establishment.

During our Check In the Clerk was rude, Maybe was having a bad day and took it out on us. I requested a room on the bottom floor, and the same clerk gave us a room on the 4th floor, told me that was the only one available, Wish I had taken her name down.
