Overall, it was a good, comfortable place to stay. I would stay at Fort Marcy suites again, but I would pick a different unit if possible.
-
Excellent location; we walked to town except in the hottest time of day. Parking at the facility was perfect. Being immediately next to a parkway for walking was fantastic. The place was very clean and well kept.
-
Also, this unit, like most, or all of those here require a long walk from the parking areas with stair climbing

Best place we have ever stayed in. Loved it.

All good very beautiful location felt safe with security ,

Super cute "cabin". The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals, and even store leftovers! The property is quiet, the bed is comfy. The whole place felt comfortable. My little home away from home. I will definitely stay here again! I can honestly say that this place is pretty near perfect. I don't have any complaints. I like that I didn't have to check in at a front desk. Looking forward to returning, hopefully to the same room!

Had everything a one bedroom condo could want/need. Great location close to downtown, and across the street from Fort Marcy park.

We loved staying here for 10 days! The location is perfect and is less than a mile to the city square and pretty much all attractions, restaurants, and more. Loved how the unit is furnished and has the Santa Fe Adobe style. The property was easy to find, plenty of parking, and the unit was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had were some pesky ants that would come inside if there was even the slightest crumb. We asked the team to re-clean the apartment, which helped. The unit had beautiful terra cotta tile and was mostly updated with new furnishings. Only the bathroom, carpet in the bedroom, and dishwasher showed their age (probably from the 1990s I would guess). But overall, I don't think you can beat this place for how nice it is for the price. We will definitely be coming back!

Take heed of the stairs! Maybe 45 steps up/down between closest parking and our unit. We had lots of luggage because we’re moving here. That was a challenge — but we were cautioned. We never figured out all the lights or TVs. We would gladly stay here again for the price! And setting! And wildlife! (Saw lizards, 3 jackrabbits, a hummingbird!)

Great location, close to the historic plaza with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property was nice and quiet, we hardly noticed any neighbors. Beautiful location with very pretty sunrise/sunsets from the nearby lookout point. The map given at check-in was not accurate. There are properties that are not part of the Suites that sit on the corner of Sunset and Artist Rd. Future renters: continue down Artist Rd and you will see parking lots D and E clearly marked with a brown sign!

The overall space was lovely. Lots of room, well stocked in the kitchen. The bathrooms were also very nice, and having a washer was great. My friends and I all commented that we could have stayed there much longer - it was a delightful space. The linens were nice (COTTON sheets! Yeah!), big soft fluffy towels - felt like home! Our mattresses were a little saggy - maybe time to flip or replace them?

We move to another hotel

Beautiful 1-bedroom condo with all the amenities. Super excited to have a washer/dryer unit in our condo to catch up on laundry after 12 days of travel! Proximity to downtown and parks was a genuine plus, yet the location is away from the hustle and bustle of town. Our only "complaint" (if you want to call it that) was that the lighting was a little dim inside our particular unit. Maybe a little brighter lighting might help in the bathroom, for sure. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back!

Everything was great except for A/C which was acting up a bit (and would not stop beeping at night, trying to adjust the temperature). Great location, spacious, well-appointed room (almost like a studio!), clean, and close to everything. Highly recommended!
-
The location was great, only 3 minutes away from great restaurants, the plaza, n galléries. That u all didn't have an out door pool with lots of trees around. We didn't get a chance to expérience the indoor pool so I can not say.
-
Location is relatively good - not in the plaza but 10-15 min walk. It was clean. I didn’t realized when I booked that these are actually condos owned by individual owners and managed by a company. So it’s not a hotel as the name implies. So there is no house cleaning. My unit was extremely dated and had a dirty carpet in the bedroom. I didn’t like it at all and wanted to shorten my stay - but the staff never got back to me re: my request. The fitted sheet for the bed was not the right size so it kept coming off at night. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It was so nice sitting outside It was hard to talk to the staff. The front office was always closed. Had to call and leave messages that were not returned
-
Quiet and comfortable. Close to the Santa Fe Opera.
-
Great location, homey, beautiful view from our balcony. There were no instruction books for the thermostat and at night the a/c was set to 65 with full fan power and we were freezing!

Couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Staff came to help but as soon as they left I couldn't operate the TV again. Some paint needed in the bathroom next to the tub. Ants in the kitchen. Walked to the city center and square. Overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay there again.
