Great hotel at a good price point close to the airport. Very thoughtful in providing us free toothpastes and brushes! One of the few hotels in my trip to have a coffee machine in the room. Would be nice to have a bit more supplies for the coffee including a stirrer.

The staff and the breakfast service were excellent. The receptionist, especially Arnau and Serey were great! They went beyond duty to make my stay very pleasant and enjoyable. They were very helpful with directions and answered any questions I had. I'd say the nightly rate was a bit pricy for the location. A bit far from the city, with 45-minute local bus ride. The walls and ceilings were too thin that, sometimes, the noise from the rooms above or next door was too much. If they could promote and insist on a quiet environment, that would greatly make all the difference.

Neat & Clean Staff were helpful & respectful The hotel was unexpectedly further away from the airport! The lounge /dining area was noisy due to some loud & boisterous individuals that did not respect others using the same facilities!! The shower head did not work well!!

Very clean. Good service. Stagg was great. Hard a spring mattress . Bed was not too comfortable .. you gotta pay for parking if you rent a car.

Perfect condition . Very clean. Very comfortable. It was well located, close to public transit and shops. Gym, patio, nice lobby, restaurant.

Amazing staff, breakfast, and very clean property. The room A/C didn’t seem to work or turn on properly. It was a very hot night.

Very nice service, was helped with everything I was needed The one think that I will need is a kettle at the room cuz was very cold outside

Beds were great. So very comfy and pillows were excellent. The breakfast did not suit my own personal tastes, and the eggs and sausage were cold in the buffet. Also had some electrical problems, my co traveler was waiting quite a while to get power restored to his room after a breaker blew.
