It was good.

Staff was nice. Hotel is nice enough, some what outdated. Definitely good for the price.

Everything was fine. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot.

Well , when you get locked out of your room two days in a row for half a day

The amenities were also disappointing. The pool was unavailable for use, and there was no gym, ice machine broken despite what we expected. Breakfast was another frustration. It was advertised from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., but the staff would close the dining room doors before 9:00, preventing guests from entering. On top of that, they frequently ran out of food well before breakfast was supposed to end and did not replenish it. The front desk staff also lacked communication and professionalism. Instead of working together to resolve issues, they blamed one another, which made an already frustrating stay even worse. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has an 8.2 rating online. Based on my experience, it did not come close to meeting that standard. Between the room issues, unavailable amenities, poor breakfast service, and lack of communication among the staff, this stay was extremely disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

room and bad were okay - very dated though. loudest AC unit i have heard in a while. bathroom had a smell - like when the bum sits next to you in the park? like weeks without a bath and hasn't washed is butt. fastest shower i ever took - just to get out of the bathroom.

The woman that we checked out with was rude, and when my wife called to ask about the $100 deposit, the woman was even more rude than the first time.

Had an availability which was a plus. However online lots of things are mentioned that are not available. Pool has not been clean in forever and was closed couldn’t swim in it. Breakfast was basic cereal and toast. Beds were hard, carpet felt dirty, wall in bathroom cracked, as well as cracks in sink and tub. Lastly the air conditioner did not work properly said 68 and it was definitely not 68 in there. Also got charged for an extra guest which I’m not sure why. Didn’t get an extra bed or room or anything my toddler slept in bed with her brother and sister.

Very disappointed. Hotel has bed bugs.

Breakfast is ok, and though there was no hot options except for waffles, right next to the hotel is Waffle house open 24/7.

Bug in bed and dirty sheets can't even get a refund even partial so now I sleep in my car

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast wasnt that great.

The rooms are clean. We had a problem with the lights in our room and were moved quickly to a different one. The staff was very courteous and helpful

The room was gross. There was food stuck to the wall. The toilet paper holder was missing and the toilet paper was sitting on the floor. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag.

Lock on the door was broke when we first got there, ceiling tile sagging from water damage, carpet felt moist, rain came in and flooded by door, toilet handle had to be held down several minutes to flush, the hot water went out had to wait to take a hot shower, unfortunately the bed was so hard, breakfast just waffles and cereal but was good.... not sure why this year was a completely different experience than when I stayed last year, maybe they need to do some repairs on this room idk... the housekeeping ladies were so very nice and helpful with the water coming in the door

There was no elevator to the second floor.

Staff was very polite. The room was clean, just very outdated but I didn't mind. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. The breakfast lacked in variety but met my needs. Not a bad place for one night and the price.

Very clean and good neighborhood. Does not look like much on outside but inside was good. Breakfast could have been better , like no butter for waffles etc. Coffee was great . Would stay again!!
