The staff here is wonderful! Crystal and Jennifer in the lobby are very sweet and went out of their way to be helpful. Estela, the housekeeping supervisor, also provides excellent service. I’ll absolutely return on my next trip to San Ysidro, CA.

Expect no more than a bed to sleep and a bathroom. Overall the property looks old and it bad shape however housekeeping does its job and it’s clean.

No me gustó mucho lo siento

The beds were comfortable and the stay served our layover flight sleep needs.

I paid for a basic, clean hotel room, and that is absolutely not what I received. This experience was unacceptable, and I WANT A REFUND. Motel 6 needs to seriously address the cleanliness and upkeep of this property because guests should not have to deal with conditions like these.

La habitación no era del todo limpia, únicamente se puede considerar para dormir, el lugar es poco agradable y ni cobijas hay, solo sábanas

It was clean and safe! My family enjoyed it because it is close to Las Americas and Dennys

Expedia they change the room to a smoking room when me or my friend aren’t smokers, the shower and sink were absolutely disgusting, with hairs and very dirty, the Tv was not working, and since was on a Saturday they were sold out, I don’t recommend this place please book Elsewhere !

The first room smelled like someone smoked drugs in there and the second room had what looked like dried blood in the basin and yellow stains which looked like urine all over the wall. I didn’t go into the bathroom when I went into the second room until after I returned from eating dinner. When I walked in I was appalled and disgusted by what I found. I immediately grabbed my things and went to the front desk. I decided that I could no longer stay at this property and when I informed the lady at the rest of the situation she offered up nothing by way of an apology and said “I wish you would have told me sooner so I could put you in another room!” When I informed her it was my second room she replied “oh, well I guess you have to talk to the manager because I can’t give you your money back!” I was so pissed they I just left due to her flippant behavior.. I want all of my money back! That place is horrible!!!

Todo bien gracias no problema de nada

I've had pleasant stays at other Motel 6 locations, such as the one near LAX, so I came in expecting a similar, reasonably comfortable experience. I was sadly mistaken. This particular location was deeply unsettling from start to finish. The room reeked of stale smoke and other unidentifiable smells. The smells got into my clothes and hair AND the bed smelled also. I smelled like the room all day. The air conditioning unit was visibly packed with dirt and grime. Turning on the heat only amplified the terrible smells circulating through the room. The floors were inexplicably sticky, and most alarmingly, there appeared to be dried blood on one of the nightstands. The shower floor had a noticeable lean to it and wasn't entirely flat, making it awkward and uncomfortable to stand in. I originally booked a two night stay. When I returned to my room after my first day out, I found my room completely tossed. To make matters worse, my room key had been deactivated. I had to walk back down to the front desk three separate times because the replacement keys they kept programming simply did not work. After waiting around for about 20 minutes, a manager finally had to come up to make my room back up. I would strongly advise avoiding this particular Motel 6. Unless it is your absolute last resort and you have zero other options, you are better off looking elsewhere. Even then, I’d honestly rather just sleep in my car.
