Holiday Hotel

Location was great. In the Heart of San Pedro I’d go back for sure ! Ac wasn’t cold enough. It was coo but not cold

I love the it’s in the middle of everything the staff and affordability is great can’t wait to go back . So the room to the right side of the property are smaller and they don’t have a tv or fridge it’s more like kind of just what you need to sleep there that’s it … we had stayed before (2yrs ago and it was under construction )it’s just me , my husband and my son and had stayed at the rooms to the left side last time which are SO much better and bigger they are the “Jr suite rooms” a $30 dollar difference makes a big change. They should try to do the right side like the left but I get it . Either way we had changed rooms which I’m thankful for and so happy we did .

The location on the beach It’s very, very run down.

Location is outstanding, bed was comfortable with Towels changed daily. Property is tired and it shows, one up from a youth hostel, water pressure issues, no fridge or kettle and room is above the Kitchen so quite noisy..

The location is great. Close to shops and restaurants and located on the beach. This is the oldest hotel in San Pedro and it really shows its age. Water pressure is bad. Our room didn’t have a tv, refrigerator or coffee maker. After we complained, we were moved to a room that had a tv and a refrigerator and housekeeping brought up a coffee maker. Floors weren’t mopped really well and full housekeeping is every other day.

We did not have breakfast there. Love the location and there was lots of staff keeping everything clean/painted and tidy. Appreciated being offered beach towels. Everything was great

Really easy to find restaurant and bar area really nice with a cracking view over the beach, all staff are really friendly would highly recommend

Location is fantastic right on the beach. Loved waking up to the palm trees and beach every day. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything we needed including renting a golf cart. Check out at noon was also really great. Would also add the wifi was great and it is walking distance to both the ferry terminal and the airport. The place could use a bit of a renovation. The water pressure in the shower was very poor and cleanliness of the walls was lacking. We were told its the oldest hotel in San Pedro and in a few places, it showed.

Perfectly located, right on the beach front. The room quality was ok, however there was no warm water, we complained and they said many different stories but never got it fixed. They didn't apologize, they just excused themselves. We also came back and one bed was made and the other one wasn't. When we arrived, there was nobody at the front desk. They charged us a different price to what was outlined on booking. Customer service needs to improve. Needs warm water

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of town, staff were amazing and helped with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant served great food, and the bar staff were great

The hotel was on the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean. within walking distance of anything you wanted to do. Staff was great. The water pressure in the shower was very low and not much hot water. That was the only down side everything else was great

Staff was very nice and location Toilet didn’t flush even after we called them to fix it. Sink also didn’t work the entire time. Also door was broke so didn’t feel safe
