The staff were great. It seemed like an end-of-season scenario when we arrived, so the hotel wasn't bursting with people, but there was a steady stream of guests while we were there. A lot depended on Sabrina who, as the main reception meet-and-greet person, put herself out to a degree quite incredible for a single person in terms of the workload she had on her shoulders. She was supported by a couple of colleagues - one in the dining room who was lovely and gave us coffee or chocolate and prepared scrambled eggs as requested, and the general feeling of the hotel was calm and agreeable. There were some hiccoughs with a water problem and other minor things you'd expect in the summer months, but on the whole it was lovely. Peaceful, calm and with wonderful views. The lady who cleaned our room was lovely too. I would say the hotel in some respects could do with an upgrade, as it does seem somewhat from an earlier era - although in Italy that's often the case and nothing the worse for it. But better, more solid and higher-level beds and bedding would surely be welcome - especially for elderly clients - and some repair work to the outdoor paving etc... Some of the bathrooms we saw could do with a bit of modernisation, but on the whole we liked what we saw.

Views were amazing. Staff were polite and welcoming. Pleasant pool area. Air conditioning was good. Very outdated furniture and decor. Bathroom was old and not well kept. Breakfast was not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel with poor variety on offer and no hot breakfast at all.

Superb

We had a very relaxing and lovely stay in this nice estate located in a pleasant green area. The pools are very clean and nicely maintained, our kids loved them so much that almost didn't want to go to the nearby beaches. The staff always been helpful and attentive to our needs. A special thanks to Vincenzo for driving us to the beaches most days as part of the hotel shuttle service. Wifi range to be improved.

The location is very beautiful with expansive grounds and great view. This was billed as a 4 star hotel and it is NOT. It is an old property that hasn't been maintained - the a/c didn't work in one room, the shower was clogged in another. The staff was very nice but the building is not very comfortable and we left after 1 night.

Superb

Fantastic view, great staff - a truly great italian experience. Footballcourt! From arround 10 o'clock to 13 o'clock a guy was cutting the gras. It made a lot of noise. Another day there where some kind of noisy work from around 8 o'clock in the morning. The tenniscourt have to be fixed.

Nice villa, beautiful view. Breakfast was poor, in rooms it really hot and air conditioner ir super laud. Poor sound isolation.

Exceptional

We had the opportunity to spend a very relaxing day in this amazing hotel located in the quite nature of the cilento coast. We woke up with a stunning sea view, just a stone’s throw from the hotel, and had one of the most delicious breakfasts of our life on the beautiful terrace. It takes passion and commitment to build a successful hospitality and this place has both. Hope to get back very soon!

Extremely charming place off the beaten path. The hotel is simply beautiful, so are the surroundings, it has amazing views and my room was very comfortable. The staff was really kind and they were also very helpful, providing advice for my trip. They serve a delicious local breakfast. Highly recommended! Everything perfect.
