1) The air-conditioning was super loud in the room and it was not cold at all at the lowest setting… 2) “private beach” doesn’t belong to the hotel alone, it is just a regular lido that the hotel has collaborated with to send guests to. The service at the lido was mediocre. I would recommend going to other lidos instead and just use the shuttle service only to get better value.

Great location. Short walk to beach and town centre. The town had a few restaurants and there were more a short drive away. The beach was small but nice and there were bigger beaches a short drive away. They also have a shuttle bus to one of the beaches. We had a room with a beautiful sea view which was very clean. The pool was relaxing and well tended to. The breakfast was great. Castlellabate is a short drive away and is a stunning tourist attraction. There was only one standard EU plug in the room which the mini fridge was plugged into. The mini fridge was also on the small side. Not really a complaint but a kettle would be a welcome addition.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Nice pool, hotel layout good. It was good to have a balcony. The lunch and dinner menus were a bit limited. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel location is great, the facilities and the rooms also great. Access direct onto the beach and a hot and cold pool. Huge breakfast and the most welcoming and pleasant lady at reception. The location is a stunning little bay with very nice restaurants and a bistro. Nothing to not like.

The location is perfect, my toddler loved the playground on the premises and the beachfront and that saved are whole experience! Restaurants are also on walking distance and the other towns of (Santa Maria) Castellabate are a few minutes drive away. The place is neat and clean but rooms a little bit cramped and bathrooms a bit shabby for a 4 star hotel. Overall the personnel were friendly The breakfast was served the room: fine with nice weather as you can eat on the balcony but the room has no table to eat with the family. It should be noted the main diningroom is closed mid-season (may)! The breakfast was also spoiled by off-date butter which i only noticed the second day (after the second breakfast). I told the kids not to eat the bacon and eggs as i thought that was off. Mistakes happen but to be in a discussion with the personnel about it (i had to SHOW the wrapping to be believed and we then got an excuse how dates are written differently in Italy -not true! 23 at the end is 2023!- and after this it was said the print wasnt readable ). Astonishing really, a very bad check-out. Also, the welcoming email of the hotel states that theres a heated pool. Kids were really looking forward to it. But.. this was closed as well. The mail wasnt accurate.

Location, quite close to the port and the centre of the town. There was also a back door so you could access to the beach/port area easily. The room was spacious and clen, and the bed quite comfortable. There were few more pillows in the wardrobe, which was great too. The breakfast was also good, with plenty of choice. The shower seems to be a bit small and leaked a bit when the doors were closed. There were no amenities in the bathroom such as conditioner or body milk despite having an upgraded room. The music during breakfast was too upbeat for the morning, I'd probably suggest something a bit calmer.

Beautiful hotel with everything you need ! But the selling point was the kind staff. From the house maid who was always happy and smiling and the waitresses/waiters always courteous ( especially Lorella ) to the reception staff that were ready to help and answer any questions ! The food was exceptional every evening and the breakfast was full of different breakfast cakes ! N/a

A wonderful hotel on the Calabrian coast some 5 hours south of Rome. Perfectly located for us for a night of rest on our way to Southern Italy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional - at the registration desk, we were welcomed by Simona who gave us valuable information about the area and answered all our questions patiently, clearly, and with professionalism. The hotel has a very good restaurant in a perfect setting and serves a very good breakfast - eggs, ham, fruit, and a variety of cheeses, cakes, breads, cornetti and delicious espresso. Our room was quiet and very spacious. We aim to return and we award it a well deserved 10.

We had a great stay at this resort. I will certainly come back again! We booked a room with sea view, it was quite spacious and of course the view was breathtaking ! Beds were comfy and the terrace perfect for an evening drink watching the sunsets over the sea! The staff is incredibly kind and nice, we felt taken care of at any moment. They were always keen to help with baby food and all sort of arrangements. The best part was probably the restaurant, as you would expect in the part of Italy: wide choice of food and beverages for breakfast and tasty meals at supper. I miss those dinners already :) Swimming pool is also nice, and it has a bar where you can have drinks and snacks. The place is easy to reach, parking is large and you get a card to move at your discretion. Nothing to complain about, honestly. Just the bathhouse wasn’t worth the price in my opinion, but that’s nothing to do with the resort itself. The free beach underneath the resort was way better I believe.

Very good value for money. Wish for better breakfast, else is perdect.

The facilities are lovely and the location is remote, but perfect for the holidays I wanted. Very quiet. The swimming pool is only open from 9am, which is not ideal if you like to swim before breakfast. Swimming caps were mandatory. Never happened to me anywhere else.

An excellent breakfast. It was nominally continental but in fact was much more than that. Plentiful supplies of at least 4 types of croissant, as well as scrambled egg, bacon, cold cuts , cheese . There were all types of hot and cold beverages. The restaurant and outside eating area were spacious and service was efficient and helpful. Nothing.

we liked it because it was a small hotel, near all amenities and comfortable. Clean towels every day. Staff willing to help. Lack of staff in the pool bar, not organised properly for snacks etc. lumpy cushions on bed.
