The free "breakfast" is a plastic-wrapped cold jimmy dean breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee. If you want an apple juice or a water, you have to pay. That's it. Other than that, pretty mediocre little motel. Room is small, fairly clean, pillows are tiny, street is noisy, staff is unhelpful.

It’s an older facility and the exterior is in need of paint. Driveway is narrow and precarious as it is two way. Parking is tight and exiting the property can be precarious due to the proximity of a traffic light on the left and on coming traffic to your right coming off the freeway. Rooms have been updated. Had to hunt for the hair dryer which was in the chest of drawers along with an extra pillow. Bed is satisfactory but pillows are small and lumpy. For the price it’s satisfactory. Managers are very pleasant and helpful.

If you’re looking for bare minimum and clean, stay here. Pillows were so small and there weren’t extra blankets offered. The hours of check in and out do not allow time to be in the pool much at all. It closes at 6pm. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep, wake up and leave, it’s great. If you’d like something more, don’t stay here

Room was clean

I booked the room for the pool, I was able to do some laps (very short ones, but just did a lot). We couldn't open the curtains because it opens to the walkway so it was dark inside the room.

Room was overall clean, but the pillows were pretty small. The shower and the AC made a weird noise. Stay was good for 1 night, but probably wouldn’t be the best option for multiple nights. Good walking distance to things though

This place is adequate. Not fancy, but a good price.

The faucet in the Bathroom was not even connected. It was an easy fix the was not done. When called to the attention of the front desk they were dismissive and said "oh a plumber was called" Paint was peeling around the frames of the room doors. Staff was rude questioning my daughter's honesty to not party even when told she had my granddaughter with her. I will not use the hotel again. Lousy room maintenance --poor upkeep of facility - rude staff. Three strikes.

We were very impressed with the breakfast and coffee service and were delighted to have made service daily. That is unusual these days! The property was also very up-dated and beautiful. Everything we could want!

No parking places. Horrible parking. For breakfast they did not have drinks just a sign that read $1 for water and juice. When we arrived I rang a doorbell for assistance and it took a long time to get someone. Definitely overpriced. When I took my shower it kept whistling and I couldn’t get it to stop.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is very convenient, just a short distance from Cal Poly SLO and easy to get around San Luis Obispo.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable.We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!
