1. Mattress seemed bent 2. tv was hard to navigate because it was Roku 3. Toiletries one was empty 4. The alarm clock seemed broken next to my bed.

This motel is old, poorly maintained and dirty. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom sink didn’t drain, bathroom fixtures rusty and overall the room was dirty. I would never return

The pool was very cold and the hot tub was only warm so it worked out for me and my toddler (she swam in the warm small hot tub) but it wouldn’t have been great for someone who actually wanted a “hot” tub. The breakfast was pre-packaged’pastries, packaged oatmeal, apples and oranges, annd tea and coffee. Better than nothing but some yogurt would have been a cool option.

The room was not vacuumed because we found dried up pieces of lettuce on the floor by the bed, we’re assuming from a sandwich or something. The bed sheets smelled musty like they have not been washed. The AC wall unit was literally there just for show because it did not work at all. It just blew air and that was all. At night the temperature got very warm with the 3 of us in the room. We opened the balcony window all day and all night but it wasn’t enough. It still got very warm inside the room. We almost left the second night of our stay there but decided to just deal with it because we were celebrating two birthdays from our family members. The beds very extremely uncomfortable, the sheets and blankets were the worst. I have no ideas how this hotel got good reviews. Overall, never again we will stay at this hotel. It definitely needs a good remodeling from the outside and the inside. New shower heads because the one in our room was rusty and moldy. The staff were great though, the girl who helped us check in was very nice and friendly. I saw the cleaning crew working very hard at cleaning the pool.

Maintenance-wise, the building is obviously dated. Our bathroom door didn’t latch, but still closed. The “kitchen” is just a sink and a minifridge; they both worked well, though it would have been nice to have more counter space or a cabinet. The elevator made a lot of noise and shook around in ways that made us nervous, but we never had any actual problems with it. Location is great! Close to the freeway and central to the area. It’s a little awkward to get into the parking lot from the surrounding roads. Parking seems tight, but I always found a spot. Altogether, I would gladly stay at this hotel again!
