The history and restoration! Perfect condition for the entire property. The community breakfast time in the living room of the house and if you go to San Obispo you need to to do it in a Thursday night! What a wonderful moment!! All the city it’s party in the farmers fair. Great experience! In our Amadeus room the air conditioner it’s dripping a little and when you are using the shower, needs to be carefully with bath tub

Love this B&B! We’ve stayed here 3 times and the location is excellent as well as the made to order breakfasts! Staff are super friendly. The property is lovely and inviting. It feels like our home away from home. Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Our room “the lovers” was gorgeous.

I stayed for just one night but it was perfect! It was my first time staying at a little BnB and it was lovely. I arrived earlier than stated check in and was going to ask to do a luggage drop but Holly at reception let me check in early. Staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, lots of charm with a great location. The included breakfast was delicious. We stayed for one weeknight with our toddler and had a street facing room, no noise issues! Can get a bit warm on unusually hot days as AC isn’t strong. But opening the window at night cooled things down quickly.

It was my wife's birthday, so I booked two nights (Friday and Saturday) at the Garden Street Inn, as a surprise. We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful room that included a great breakfast each morning. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. San Luis Obispo is a great town to visit and the Garden Street Inn is downtown and close to all the sites and restaurants.

The location and the room was clean No parking the parking was a few blocks away the sink was not in the bathroom but in the bedroom area and the queen size bed looked like a full size

Staff was lovely. The location was good. Right downtown with all the shops and restuarants in walking distance. The property is old and probably has not had an upgrade in a long time. Our room (Old Town) was disjointed (sink outside of the bathroom and the tub was cicra 1980 with four shower curtains). I took a shower and the water never got hot. Breakfast was fair. Parking was not optimal meaning we parked in the bank lot next door but needed to move the car before 8am so we would not get a ticket. The bed was small. We are spoiled by a king bed. This bed was 'queen', but felt more like a full. But the worst part was the noise during the night. We did not sleep at all. :( Street sweepers, trash trucks, loud cars. Make good choices.
