Rooms were not there paying price, paint was falling apart in the room, a lot of humidity, it looked like someone was refurbishing the room before the stay. Wall mounted wooden panels were cut by amateurs, there were missing architraves. All the bad work was noticeable and visible. Rooms were over priced and were not comfortable. TV was outdated, there were no applications available on it. Only satellite TV in the Italian language. No options like netflix or Amazon or even YouTube.

Quiet, clean, nice pool, gym and convenient parking. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way, breakfast wasn’t good at all, pool and gym towels are quite expensive to rent.

Clean and nicely maintained. Convenient if you need to be in San Lazzaro. A bit large. Big tour groups. Less convenient if you need to visit Bologna.

The breakfast was very complete, with several options. We also have dinner and we love the food. Everyone was so kind, they delivered a good service and attention. I actually like all of it.

I recently stayed one night at this nice hotel during a business trip to Bologna, and it was a great experience. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night’s rest after a long day. I also appreciated how smooth and efficient the check-in and check-out process was — very fast and hassle-free. Breakfast was another highlight: a delicious and varied selection that set me up perfectly for the day ahead. Overall it was an excellent choice for a business stay, and I would definitely return.
