The location was perfect—very central, with everything just a few steps away. The concierge was also very friendly and helpful. Honestly, the room felt really old, and the beds—especially the pillows—were super uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn’t very clean; there were hairs left in the shower, which was pretty gross. There also weren’t enough outlets—only two in the whole room, and only one of them actually worked. They don’t have cable either, just basic channels.

When we checked in and walked in the room I noticed a fan in the room I figured it was just in case, we turned the ac on and left to go get lunch when we returned the room was extremely hot with no windows the heat had settled in, when the issue was brought up to management they stated they their units are old and it would take a while to fix this was said at 4pm I followed up at 8 pm and they said it would be a while longer, I checked out at 1pm the next day and the AC was never fixed.

I loved the staffing, the meals in restaurant were fresh and delicious, the location is on the main plaza, and you can hear the Basilica bells in the morning. SAFE, clean, with nice staff! As a solo American woman traveler… it was fantastic. N/A

Location was good. Staff very nice. Clean rooms. I’m rating room from initial booking. Tiny room for pricing paid. Tv was almost on top of bed. No phone in room for emergency or room service!

Location and the restaurant in hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful The bed was too small and very stiff

Hotel is at a great Location, right in front of the Main plaza and Cathedral Hotel did not had AC in the whole facility plus I had to ask to be moved to another room since there was an ugly disgusting smell coming out from the shower/bathroom, the beds were so uncomfortable super hard mattress

Breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean . Waiting staff was efficient and courteous . Ac in rooms is not working/cooling . I requested a different room after AC was checked and room continued to be hot but my request was ignored. (Was told to wait till it cool but it never did )
