Restaurant not flexible with buffet. Wanted over easy eggs.

The swimming pool not kept up, especially the cleanliness of the water. The water in the whirl- pool was cold. Too much of the pegion's feces around the pool and on the pool furniture.

Was very dissapointed in the swimming pool. Lots of pegeon feces and parents don't control their kids. Safety purpose.

The #1 reason to book this hotel is the staff and the exceptional customer service. The rooms were okay, and we enjoyed the street view from our large window-tiny balcony. I thought the beds were a little hard, but nice pillows. No in-room coffee. Shower was dated but water was hot and plentiful. The location was steps from the main plaza with lots to see and do. The restaurants we visited were WONDERFUL and recommended by Luis. Luis even arranged a car and driver to Guanajuanto, a must see in Mexico.
