However, I would like to kindly point out a few things that could be improved: 1. The room door: The door has an automatic lock, but it did not always lock when I simply closed it. One time, I returned to the room and noticed that the door had not locked. When I asked about it, I were told that I needed to pull the door toward us when closing it. It would have been helpful if this had been explained to me in advance, so I could have made sure the door was properly locked. 2. Open drawers: Some of the drawers in the chest could not close, leave open which could be a safety hazard. 3. Bathroom amenities: I had to request refills for the hand soap, shampoo, body wash. It would be appreciated if the supplies could be checked and refilled regularly. 4. Noise at night: I frequently heard loud noises from the floor above, as if something was being dragged across the floor. The noise continued late into the night and made it difficult to sleep. I hope these small issues can be addressed to make future guests’ stays even more comfortable.

The jacuzzi tub in the room was very nice

I like that it was closed to our destination, it was clean and provided breakfast. Bathtub looked ran down and hard to get in. The room was closed to the street and there was noise all night. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The location is the best feature. It’s 2 mins from Westfield Mall / Santana Row. It was clean. Free breakfast. It was expensive per night for a small room that wasn’t anything special. Free breakfast was nice but it was very basic. The gym is like 3 machines (all cardio) so I still had to travel to my Gym. There was sometimes a kiosk with someone from around the world at the front desk as Staff , presumably to save money ?

The activities you can do around the hotel. The beds were also really comfy. Nice tv set up. Some of the things seem a bit outdated or overlooked perhaps . Leaky spout in the bathroom , lights flicker from time to time. That elevator is kind of sketchy too.

Very clean and orderly parking is great rooms are beautiful there is a gym on the 2nd floor along with ice machine and vending snacks close to hiway 17 and valley Fair Mall also O'Connor hospital is 4 blocks away great venue great place staff was very helpful

It was very fancy just in a not so good area.

The outside noise from the street. The AC did not stay on, and we kept waking up, and couldn’t sleep with the heat. (The AC would help camouflage the street noise.)

Older hotel in a not so great area. Looks nice on the inside. Towels were old and had holes in them. Breakfast unremarkable.

The lamp to the left of the comfortable bed did not work. It was a comfortable room, as I would expect from your wonderful room rate.
