I would have given this hotel 5/5 stars, but unfortunately, when we arrived to check in, they told us they couldn't give us a room because no rooms were available. They just said that they were trying to clean the rooms and that there was nothing else they could do. They said they had no idea how long it would take. We were there for a concert and had to get ready and eat, but because we couldn't get into our room, we had to get ready in the lobby bathroom along with many other girls doing the same thing. It was a nightmare. The hotel told us they could call us when a room was available. Two hours passed and still no word on our room. It wasn't until an employee happened to use the restroom and we asked her to check the status of our room that we learned that our room was ready. So we were never notified by the hotel that our room was finally ready until we asked the employee in the bathroom if she could check for us. All of this setback made us late to the concert. I understand that being low on staff can create these problems, but my issue is that the hotel never sent us any notification that they didn't have any rooms available for us to check into. If they had simply let us know ahead of time, we could have gotten ready at home before driving 2 hours to the hotel. They also never apologized for the inconvenience and an apology would have gone a long way.

Great property. Very clean and good location near the Levi stadium. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, variety of food choices and a lot of it. Free parking, not much to say after that.

The hotel was clean, our room was clean and tidy. Staff were kind and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Beds were super comfortable, I would stay again.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I stayed at in the area. Everytbing was clean, breakfast was great. Overall amazing experience and stay

good safe Parkin, easy to get to, pretty nice view, um, the room was nice and clean, the bed was pretty comfy, staff was nice especially since I arrived with my fiance at like 12 am (midnight). The bathroom was nice too, give us more than enough towels and the shower was also pretty nice. Only thing, wish there was a bathtub but that’s just me. Would def stay there again tho!

Traveled for work and really enjoyed the location and staff. Only downside is there is a train they runs next to the hotel. Otherwise the view from my room was amazing!

I will always stay here everything meets my expectations Maybe next time I will have the chance to check in early

Everything went smooth, no complaints at all

The room was good. Food was okay. It was quite. I enjoyed it and will stay there again. I did not take advantage of the amenities but it was close to the Winchester Mansion which was good.
